> 3 dayProduct doesnt work. Wouldnt connect to anything and I already use the same app for other outdoor plugs that work perfectly. On top of poor product, customer service is a joke. Their response to me asking if theres anything Im overlooking is read manual.

> 3 dayThis device was as plug n play as it gets. I plugged in the outlet, set it up with our outdoor christmas lights, and then had an Alexa routine to turn it on a half hour before sunset and an hour before sunrise. I havent had to do anything else with it at all.

Greater than one weekDifficult to use depending on your router. The product description does include the warning about only being able to use a 2.4 GHz signal but it glosses over how difficult it is to set your router for that signal. I was almost ready to give up and return the product when I finally got everything to work.

> 3 dayThe plug appears to be well made. I installed it outside to plug in ice melting mats on the walkway to our gym. Its great to be able to turn them on or off from the house (our gym is in the backyard) depending on the weather without having to go outside. Our router is in the house and it set up just fine. Only minor complaint I have is I wish I knew which outlet is plug one and plug two. Seems like they could indicate this in the directions or on the plug itself.

> 3 dayI bought an open box version that had no manual. In testing, I find that, once the plug is programmed, you can close the app, and the plug will retain the program so long as the unit remains plugged into a power source. However, if power is lost, so is the programming, and, once the unit has power again, you will have to open the app which will reconnect with the plug and refresh the programming.
