> 3 dayUnfortunately this plug has a very short range,So if it is your intent to use it away from the house, or at a distance from your WiFi base, you’re going to need a WiFi extender.I use mine to operate a pump for an above ground pool,and due to the distance from my wireless router coverage is spotty at best.The plug uses the “Smart Life” app for connectivity which allows you to setup a schedule that can control the switch even when you have no WiFi connection. The other plus is that it works well with Alexa as long as you have a WiFi connection.

> 3 dayThis is amazing! A little weird setting up, but it wasn’t terrible! Thought it was an Alexa product. But it synced just fine. Love the easy of it and I can tell Alexa to turn on my patio lights thru Alexa!! There is no remote.
