I got this for my 2 year old daughter, who is potty trained, but still little for public bathrooms. This purchase has been a time and life saver! No more having to take one leg fully out of clothing so she can fit on regular toilet seat. I set this up and it’s a much cleaner and faster option. Cannot recommend this enough for toddler girl parents!

This is a great on-the-go potty for outdoors, park visits, camping, and more with a toddler. Fold the handles down and it’s a potty. Fold them out and it’s a toddler seat for public restrooms. I keep one in every car. When toddler says she has to go, we pull the car over and I get this out! Never had an accident in the car or at the park thanks to this.

The hardest part of potty training for me was having my little girl use public restrooms. I purchased this for my 2 year old and absolutely love it! Works great with the small clear trash liners from Costco. I keep this in the car and in the stroller. So easy to set up and use on the go. My toddler is used to going potty in the regular toilet at home and adapted to this quickly. I love that she can go in trunk of my car when we’re traveling or I can take inside the public restrooms. Easy clean up with just throwing the bag away. Also comes with a carrier. Would recommend this to anyone potty training. Even if you just plan on using at home.

Great for both uses! We mainly use it when we’re out of the house but we’ve used it as both a standalone potty (on a trail at a park where we weren’t close to a bathroom) as well as in public bathrooms. If I have time in a public bathroom, I try to put down a toilet seat barrier (also purchased on Amazon) just to try to keep the bottom of the seat clean but I think this seat is way to wipe down and clean. I keep disinfecting wipes on hand when I’m out so I can wipe it down quickly before putting it away. Love that it comes with a carry bag…it’s a must for something like this but not all seats come with one. The only thing that I don’t love is that I find it a little difficult pushing the button while pulling out the legs all the way to the side (for use on a toilet) so it takes longer to do that when seconds count with little kids. I wished that I could just click the button twice and they would pop out to the right position (i.e. one click for stand-alone and two clicks for toilet). I still recommend this though because it’s sturdy, won’t pinch, fairly quick and mostly easy to set up, easy to clean and comes with a carry bag. If anyone from OXO is reading this, please consider the improvement I mentioned since second count when heading to the potty with a little one.

My 3 year old refuses to use a commercial toilet, so this made leaving the house with her pretty tough. This folding potty and the 4 gallon bags I use to line it are really easy to fit in my large purse and for shorter trips, we just leave it in the car. I open it on the floor of the backseat and she does her business in the car, using the door handle to help pull herself up into standing. Weve had this potty for a year and it has been indispensible. Ive even used it a few times especially during the initial phases of the COVID crisis when I didnt want to use a public restroom. I just buy rolls of 4 gallon Ruffies from the hardware store and double-line the potty. I used to use compostable bags but the urine would eat through it in very little time. When we visit Grandpa, I set up the portable potty for my daughter in the bathroom and at the end of the day I pour the contents into the toilet, knot up the bag, and toss it. Now my daughter is 4 and she still uses this potty for our outings..airport...park...you name it. We have a number of different small potties in our bathrooms, flip down toilet seat lids etc. for inside our home, but this is the only potty we need for our girl when we leave our house. I had a ring but holding it still while lifting my kid onto a large toilet doesnt give her any independence when we are visiting our relatives. I recommend this folding potty for all parents of young children!!

Buy this! This is my second son to potty train and he is afraid of almost of every toilet except what he uses at home (which is a different brand potty seat and a step stool). Well, we can’t stay home all the time, so the OXO travel potty seat was my third attempt at a travel option and I wish I had bought this from the beginning!!!! Now I don’t have anxiety about leaving the house anymore and he can go potty anywhere - not just in a public restroom, but in the car or in the woods and NOT in his underwear! It is SO easy to carry around. I take it everywhere.

This has saved us many times. Super easy to use, store, and clean. The liners soak everything up and holds any smell until you can properly dispose! I have recommended to many mom friends!

This potty has been EVERYWHERE. We have taken it to Disney, in the car, at the grocery store, restaurants, you name it, we’ve been there. The ability to fold it and fit in our bags is so convenient to have. Love having the versatility to use with just a plastic bag or over a toilet seat. We strongly encourage all our parent friends to get one bc we love ours so much.

When we are traveling or camping it’s not always easy to pull over and find a bathroom for your littles. This portable potty chair has been great for our family. It folds up compactly so it’s easy to store and bring along and sturdy enough to hold up to the squiggliest toddler. We have used it in our house too when one of our kiddos needs to use the “big potty”. Having the carry bag with some disposable bags along with it makes it ready to go when your littles are.

This has been one of the best purchases we have made recently. Our daughter is 3 and is fully potty trained, but a bit fearful of public toilets because they are loud and smelly. Forget the latrines or port a potties at state and local parks that are full of flies. On top of that, with the COVID lockdown a lot of bathrooms were closed for a long time. After about the third time having to hold her up over the grass so she could poop outside in an emergency while away from home (we took a lot of walks in nature preserves while on lock down for our sanity) we looked for an emergency potty option for the car and found this. Such a game changer!!!! She has used it several times and it is wonderful. We use the bags it comes with so the pad inside can absorb any urine. She likes to use it and I don’t have to battle with her over smelly loud public toilets or stinky latrines when out on adventures. It will work well for taking her camping, too. We just keep it in the car and pull it out if needed. I love this product.
