> 3 dayI bought this item because we have several road trips throughout the year. I wanted to have something for when my daughter started potty training. She was a late trainer (3 1/2 yrs). First she didn’t want to use it but once she saw how convenient it was for her she loves it! I love it too! Turns out that my now 4yr old daughter doesn’t like using public restrooms. I either carry it in a backpack or just leave it in the car and she uses it when we get back to the car after walking somewhere. It’s light, foldable and easy to setup. We even used it in a hotel as her regular potty because she didn’t want to use the regular toilet. This can be used on a regular toilet seat but she didn’t want to. On the road, if she tells us she needs to go, we find a place to park and she goes! I highly recommend it!

> 3 dayI got this for my 2 year old daughter, who is potty trained, but still little for public bathrooms. This purchase has been a time and life saver! No more having to take one leg fully out of clothing so she can fit on regular toilet seat. I set this up and it’s a much cleaner and faster option. Cannot recommend this enough for toddler girl parents!

> 3 dayI just recently potty trained my daughter and I wanted to make sure that when we went out anywhere I would have a way for her to use the bathroom. Initially I bought it for the stand alone feature, like if it was an emergency and I needed to pull over for her to go to the bathroom I could. Turns out I never had to use it for this reason yet, which I am absolutely ok with. I have used it in MANY times in public bathrooms. I was a little hesitant that it wouldnt work in certain situations, but I was wrong. I have used it in park bathrooms that have no actual lift up seat on them, I have used in in port-a-potties, and I have used it in normal bathrooms. It fits great in all these circumstances. An unexpected plus is that my daughter likes to hold the side of the toilet seat when she goes to the bathroom and its nice because she can actually put her hands on the flip out legs and I dont have to worry about her touching the public bathroom at all. And lastly, when you take your kid to the restroom, you might as well go too. Well, I was in a hurry to use the bathroom because I just wanted to get my kid out of there before she touched everything after she went, so I didnt bother to put the potty seat away, I just used it too. And I gotta say, it was so much better than squatting or putting my own butt on the public seat! Only slightly embarrassed for having used it! :)

> 3 dayMy 3 yr old is shorter than most of her peers and isn’t able to climb onto a regular toilet without a boost. This potty is nice and low to the ground for her to manage on her own and is PERFECT for road trips and running errands. When we travel, it’s so easy to put a plastic grocery bag over the potty and have her go right in the privacy of the back of our car rather than using a nasty public restroom toilet. I recommend this for EVERY toddler or preschooler who’s semi-newly potty trained.

> 3 dayLike the concept. Wobbly on the toilet. Have not used it on a trip etc. Seems like it would be fine for that. If I take it to a public restroom I will have to find something to put it into for carrying. If you use it with no toilet recommend getting the plastic bags.

> 3 dayMy child literally thinks they can go #1 or #2 where ever and whenever she likes. Just get the potty! It has made the transition from diapers on car rides/outings so much better I am sure. I wish I had one of these for myself!!

> 3 dayWhen I tell you this is the most convenient, amazing idea! I keep it in my trunk and my 1yr old uses it EVERYWHERE we go! I bought the bags that go with it that has the absorbent pads in it. It is low so it taller kids may not like it much. But I like it way better than her using a public toilet. I sit it in my trunk for her to use it, or on the front seat floor most of the time. Many bathroom floors are nasty so I’d rather her use it in my car than on a public bathroom floor.

> 3 daySo there I was...in the middle of Ohio on our first roadtrip with the toddler, also 6 months pregnant with kid #2. Drinking lots of water because duh, I was pregnant. Suddenly traffic on the Interstate comes to a screeching halt....and we are nowhere near an exit. My pregnant self immediately decides it has to pee....and HOW! Waze helpfully tells me its 45 minutes to the next exit - no bueno. Pregnant self is insistent...and then I remember I have this awesome toilet seat in the back of the car for our son to use. I did not hesitate to grab that sucker out of the trunk and bring it up to the passenger seat - because of course, we are stuck in a sea of semis and other vehicles at this point, so I cant get out and use it roadside. You have truly not lived until youve tried to levitate your 6-month pregnant butt above a travel car seat in front of your son and significant other. Anyway, it wasnt even all that hard to maneuver, its just that I was laughing so hard at the situation, which of course only served to exacerbate said situation. Point is, it works great as a kids travel potty, especially in unfamiliar hotels with unfamiliar toilets, as well as in Cracker Barrel parking lots. But dont discount its usefulness for adults in need as well. :)
