super easy set up will label a majority of my house

I have tried different labels, watched YouTube videos, read questions and answers…the labels always come out, at best, off center. Worst (most common) the printer prints with only half the label letters. Now, in addition to these errors, the labels come out with a white line through the letters or no letters at all. I’ve tried all the recommendations to have the label print print correctly. I can not find any help for the print head issue. This label printer is a huge waste of money. And, I bough additional paper rolls along with the printer.

This thing is the bomb.Com! Very easy to figure out and I’m 70. Had it printing labels within a few minutes and I friggin love this thing!
