I bought this along with a new Gaming PC, just so I could have a starter monitor that could utilize some of the GPU features like V-Sync and a higher refresh rate. The preset FPS1 setting is pretty solid, but I should probably fiddle with the settings more for when Im using it to work. Easy to setup, worked right out of the box no dead pixels. Cant beat this price for the specs offered IMO, and will use this until I decide on a beefier gaming panel.

Im going to make this short and sweet. This monitor is exactly what you are looking for when gaming on a budget. (minus the stand, its not bad but if you want to be able to adjust height and rotation get a third party VESA mount for your desk or wall) Response time: Immaculate - dont let these overly in depth reviews on YouTube discourage you. You will definitely experience the 165 Hz refresh rate whether performing simple tasks or while gaming. Size: Perfect. 1080p is best experienced at 24-25 inches. Anything higher would make the image less defined and stretched. Speakers are terrible but you definitely shouldnt game with display speakers. The speakers are just super low. but this is a sacrifice for image quality and response times. It is an IPS panel so the colors are accurate. The overall picture quality is incredible and colors are so vibrant. Overall it is the best budget gaming monitor i could find and definitely worth your money.

I’ve had this for a week now and so far so good! Right out of the box the image quality isn’t absolutely perfect, but a quick YouTube search for good settings had everything looking amazing very quickly! This monitor is huge, it’s been great for my work flow and for gaming as well(The Witcher 3 at ultra settings is gorgeous). I will say if you have any weird image things in your games- turn off overdrive in the settings! Took me a while to figure that one out. Also, you’ll need to go into your settings and enable free sync if you have a Gpu that supports it. The base is metal and structurally sound the overall quality for the price is a 10/10 from me and I highly recommended this monitor. I’ll also note I’m using the display port if that matters! Great job Pixio, I was definitely worried I was spending too little and expecting too much- but this monitor is amazing.

Ive been wanting a portable monitor to go with my laptop for a while. I like to think I did my research, and picked this one because of the reviews as well as the price. Its a good little monitor and Im quite happy with it. Its not high quality picture but Im not going to be doing graphics on it or anything. Iike to use it for chat and videos for while Im playing games. Its nice to have something on the go. Im happy with this little screen.

Colors and movement on the screen are very sharp. Good for everyday gaming or just watching YouTube

I use this mostly for programming in a well lit room. The small size makes 1080 text look as crisp as any 4K monitor. Compared to my MacBook Pro, I can see some backlight bleeding, but, its not unbearable. As to color reproduction - Id say it rivals my Samsung 27 4K Monitor My biggest complaint is the button to get to the menu. The button has 4 positions: up, neutral, down, in. Pressing up and down is super easy. Pressing in, it seems hit or miss. If theres even the slightest up or down movement, the IN movement seems to get over-ridden and the menu item up or down gets highlighted (but not selected) After some practice, its easier to navigate. The second complaint is the power cord is REALLY short - maybe 4 or 5 feet. and finding a USB-A to USB-C cable is pretty hard. Luckily, my power strip is right below my desk, so, I dont have any issues, but, just something to consider. THE GOOD They provide a Micro-HDMI cable that is truly awesome. I mean, its really good quality, and not stiff. Again, the color is REALLY good for a monitor this cheap. Its as good as a $300 Samsung, but I have a $500 LG that looks way better. But again, its about 4xs the cost. The case turns into a stand and its really good. Its the perfect angle for working, it doesnt take up a lot of desk space, and the case it soft. I trust this case to protect my screen. OVERALL Im happy with my purchase and my buy another one. The bad, are not bad enough to NOT buy if you need a small monitor for programming and need more desk space. It also works perfect if you want to hook an AppleTV up to it to watch something while traveling. The included cables are good quality, the case protects the monitor amply, and the monitor is small enough to fit into a laptop backpack with a 13 MacBook pro, and both chargers and not be too big or bulky

I’ve read all the reviews and was hesitant but I just went for it and got this monitor cuz I needed one. It works fine! Make sure to plug the hdmi or whatever cable you have into the right spot. The settings are easy to control and if you run into any issues, solutions are pretty easy to come across online. It’s a perfect size in my opinion and the quality is nice.

Liked the monitor, bought it last May, so less than a year. Could it have been bumped? Possibly. But if so, it was indetectable to me. Happened while gaming. Cant see any area on the screen thats broke when its turned off.
