> 24 hourLooks great, feels great, kiddo fell in love with it immediately (which is impressive since we were having trouble getting him to use the big potty). However, I had to modify it to get it to fit, and it still isnt quite perfect. Presumably If I removed the toilet seat/cover it would fit (the rear of the potty seat runs into the existing toilet seat, and the edge of the ladder hits the bowl). I presume my toilet is simple too round for the universal fit, even though its an oval. Pros: 1. Kid loves it 2. Big step surface for kiddo to turn around on (my kiddo is very small for his age) 3. Soft padding for kiddos butt 4. Stable enough to easily get on/off safely, particularly with the ladder Cons: 1. Didnt fit my toilet 2. Velcro pads to lift off the white seat pads arent adhered very well (one came off immediately out of the box). However, a little glue fixes that issue. 3. If you have a boy thats not good about aiming down, or prefers to pee standing up, it will be quite a mess and require cleaning almost every time to prevent it getting nasty. 4. Its foldable, but still takes quite a bit of space. Luckily we have 2 bathrooms so we just leave it on all the time for the kiddos.

> 24 hourIt helps me by make my daughter’s potty training much easier. She go to potty by her self. I don’t have to lift her up every time while I’m 30 weeks pregnant which is very important for my back not lifting her frequently.

> 24 hourAfter trying every type of potty training helper (my size potty, potty seat, frog urinal) this was the only thing my son used!! His problem was being scared of the toilet and a stool wasn’t helping. With the assist of the ladder, he was going in no time. It took about a day or two to get him used to it. Easy to assemble, my 3 yo even helped it was that simple. Cleaning is a bit annoying, but that comes with the training.

> 24 hourI ordered this for my independent kiddos so they could climb up on the toilet by themselves and have the handles to hold to feel safer. The seat was delivered quickly and was very easy to put together. Its great. The only issue I have is the step is slanted so far forward its difficult for the kids to step up on by themselves.

> 24 hourThe best way to describe this seat is amazing! After 3 failed attempts at potty training using a training potty and a seat cover, we have finally succeeded with this amazing seat! It is super sturdy and doesn’t take up too much room. I set it up and showed my 2.5 year old what it was and left it at that. A HOUR LATER my baby walks over to it and takes off his pants and pull up and uses the potty! He hasn’t has a diaper on since. It gave him confidence and now he goes to the bathroom all in his own 3 days in. I have ordered a 2nd one for the other bathroom in the house so he can use any bathroom whenever the urge hits!

> 24 hourWe have 3 year old twins and the independence this has provided getting on and off the toilet has been great. We brought 2 for 2 bathrooms- the first one works great and feet sit flat in the floor. Our newer toilet must be taller because the step is angled instead of sitting flat. Kids still use it fine.

> 24 hourI bought 3 of these chairs - 1 for downstairs, 1 for upstairs, and 1 for my parents house. They work so well! I used them for potty training and my just-turned 2 year old had no issues using them! He can now pick up the chairs and put them on the potty himself if we forget to do it or he beats us to the bathroom. Note: they do not let a boy easily stand to pee. We are now at that point in our potty training (about 8 months in), so we have step stools in our bathrooms for that. They also only fit on oval-shaped toilets. I do have one on a round toilet and we make it work, but its definitely not as sturdy as it is on the oval toilet.

> 24 hourIf they would sell replacement pads, I would give 5 stars. The seat pad cracked, hurting his bottom. I used tape for a quick solution, but no replacement pad for an item that can continue to work is senseless. This potty worked for two years. My son loves it and it could work for the next kid too. However, the entire product must be thrown away because they do not sell replacement pads. Does that make sense? So wasteful. I can’t even donate it to someone else. Can the company please make an effort to be mindful and responsible for not making more waste. You have a great product that could continue to serve a family, but the lack of a replacement pad is letting down a customer and the potential longevity of your product. I noticed people complained in 2018 about this. Over three years later and the problem has not been remedied? This company lacks integrity for their own product when a known problem exists. This product has the potential to go for years, if replacement pads are made available.

> 24 hourMy daughter was giving me a hard time with using the potty chair/toy potty. This made it so much easier. She’s a tad clumsy (she’s only 2), and she can hold onto this seat easily. The step stool part is great also because it’s large enough for her to be able to turn around on it with her feet. It’s very very sturdy and made well. Folds easily to store when not in use. I ordered a different brand for my downstairs toilet since it’s quite a bit taller, and I’m disappointed in that one’s quality in comparison to this. I may return it and buy this one and try to make it work somehow!

> 24 hourIt is very stable. It is made of strong plastic and is not flimsy. The step is nice and wide. My 3 year old can stand and turn on it comfortably and safely. Im very happy with it. The only problem that I had was the pee blocker was slightly too short for my son. I had to glue an additional blocker on it to make it higher so he didnt splash on the floor. But I had that problem with all the step potties I tried so I guess its a normal issue with potty seats when you have a boy.
