> 3 dayI leave it at up and that way my kid can get on the potty by himself without me having to lift him. I think that fact actually helped to potty train him. Wish it was a little more sturdy.

25-11-2024I bought this as a secondary option for potty training my daughter, though I figured it wouldnt get used much since shes teeny tiny and young (just turned 2). I thought shed be afraid of the big potty and also thought she would be too short to rest her feet on the step. I was happily wrong. She tested it out a few times before we started potty training and seemed to love it. It got broken in on day 3 of potty training and Im so glad now that I bought it. It is sturdy and very easy to assemble and fold.

> 3 dayEasy to put together, easy for my son to put on the toilet seat himself, hes 3. My only gripe with this product is that when my son does use it, his urine gets on the toilet seat because of the little blockade, so I still end up having to wipe the toilet seat off afterwards. I still love the product though and would definitely buy again if needed.

> 3 dayThis seat is definitely made for round toilets. Unfortunately our toilet is elongated, which means the seat slides around especially when my son is getting on and off it every 5 seconds. The feet grip well to the floor thankfully, or it would be a lot worse. But if it slides back then the porcelain of the toilet sticks out several inches into the back of my kids legs and he cant really sit. It seems like an attachment in the back to keep it from sliding backwards would go a long way. Ive been trying to think of how I can fashion one myself that would actually attach to the seat itself (otherwise it will fall right in the toilet as soon as my son tries to put his seat away). Aside from that issue, the seat itself is nicely padded and a good size. The lift in the front is perfect for little boys who need to sit in the beginning. And the handles are in a good spot for my son to use to get on and off the toilet and also hold onto when hes seated. There are little foot imprints in the top step. My son loves those and Im sure exactly as theyre intended, he likes to put his feet right over the little footprints. The seat folds up easily and tucks in next to the toilet. Just a heads up, it doesnt fold entirely flat so youll need enough space for it to be basically doubled over. Thats not an issue for us but I realize it might be for someone who doesnt have as much space next to their toilet.

> 3 dayOnly issue is it is a little unsteady when my toddler gets on. But it is wide enough for him to turn around and sit

> 3 dayMy 3 year old was not fully potty trained. Once I bought this thing everything changed. He absolutely loved it the minute he saw it. He immediately become fully potty trained and couldnt wait to use it. Here are a couple of come about this thing. If you have a plastic toilet seat it will destroy your seat. My seat is all sliced up because of it. The other couple of things that I noticed that were pretty gross was when I went to move it was 1. Urine was dripping down the front of it and into my floor. They need to make a better draining system on the inside because the urine just sits and then when you lift this to relocate or wash it of course youre going to have toddler everywhere. 2. When I lifted it off of the toilet the toilet was also wet from the urine. So Im guessing when my son is peeing it is splashing underneath this thing all over the toilet seat. Just something to be conscious of if you are planning on using one of these and then have guests coming by or someone going in after your child.

Greater than one weekWe’ve purchased quite a few toilet training seats, and this one is by far the best! For starters, this fits any shape toilet, even our oval shape toilet. However, we noticed it fits/sits well when the toilet seat is up. Also, it has a padded cushion that does not pinch my son’s legs against the toilet as others have done. Also he can sit comfortably without his legs dangling. It’s easy to fold and store. My 2.5 year old has no problem setting this seat up himself and can easily hop on and off without help. I’ve recommended this toilet seat to all my mom friends. I highly recommend this seat for your toddler!

> 3 dayI wish I had bought this when I first thought of potty training, my son (2) was not happy with the over potty seat and we were getting no where with potty training so o decided to give this a try and boom! He even goes to the bathroom by him self and flushes like a big boy! All he needed was the boos from having some independence in being able to get up on the toilet and get down from it. Hes happy and hes become a number one fan of potty training and goes to the bathroom even at day care he is already aware of when he has to go.

20-11-2024Okay so I have mixed feelings about this potty seat. This potty seat fits on the toilet perfectly and its really sturdy but the one issue I have is that the urine goals through the potty seat and the training seat and gets all over the floor which is really annoying and it doesnt have a pee catcher for little boys. If they can fix the gap between the training seat and the toilet seat this will be a 5-star item the only reason why Im giving it 3-stars its because I have to clean up pee off my floor every time he uses the bathroom.
