    Greater than one week

I received my QuadHands WorkBench yesterday and today I used it to make a pair of LED earrings for my wife. It worked great. Unfortunately, I bent one of the flexible 16 arms too far and the spiral outer casing of the arm deformed at the base. The arm is now bent right at the base and I cant straighten it. Its still usable, just not as flexible as it was originally. Overall, its a very well made and super useful tool and Im pleased with my purchase.

I have a different use for this product I do training on surgical suturing to hold specimens and sutures and this device is great. Steady arms and very strong magnets. The clips are very nice and the ability to mount them where you want is extremely helpful. The base is really strong and heavy. It wont move

If youre even thinking about buying this, then you should stop now and do it. Youll love it and itll be in your toolkit for decades to come.

The hands are simply not as flexible as I would have liked. Everything else is good quality, though one of the rubber feet popped off during a move. Replacing it with a replacement, and it works fine!

Theres nothing as satisfying as a steady, stable base to work off of. This provides that without a doubt! the metal base plate is super heavy and (after you put the rubber feet on the bottom) it sits steadily and evenly on whatever your work surface is. The four gooseneck arms are held in place with super strong magnets - nothing is going to move by accident! The alligator clip at the end of each arm is adjustable - you can swivel them as you want, and can tighten them in place. The two lengths of arms are useful and I use them diffrently depending on what Im working on, but Im always glad Ive got both lengths to choose from! I occasionally will use this in combination with one of those circuit board soldering clamps, arranging them to work in conjunction made some of my more complicated assembly tasks even easier. UPDATE: As I have this set longer, Ive started using the gooseneck alligtor clip arms for more things than just soldering! Some of my projects involve reaching into hard-to-reach places, and sometimes these are perfect for the job when my hand/arm just dont fit right. ALSO: The alligator clips ship with little rubber tubes on each set of jaws. KEEP THOSE. Sometimes you want the alligator clip jaws to grab the work, sometimes you want them to use a softer touch.

The spring on the arms makes these impossible to position precisely. Given the nature of most soldering jobs, this is problematic. The construction feels good but the choice of arm material makes this product mostly useless. I would return these if I werent already outside the return window.

Very fast shipping and well packaged. A card from the CEO if you are not satisfied. This is built really well!

over all well built and versatile if a bit pricey. Only improvement i would like is a parts list in the box and plasti dipped alligators for those sensitive components
