> 3 dayAwesome product! Super sturdy and has a very solid weight to it. Clamps are very firm and stay in place when in use. The magnets are very strong and will stratch so use the magnet covers they give you and youll be set

> 3 dayDont waste your money on the little cheap helping hands that will drive you nuts, just get this thing and be done with it. The arms actually stay in place, the clips can be rotated and locked in place with the thumbnuts that are installed just below them, and the arms can be moved anywhere on the base. Killer.

Greater than one weekThese helping hands are perfect. The main selling point for me were the magnetic bases to each arm, allowing you to reconfigure your hands to best suit your needs. This is absolutely awesome. The base is quite sturdy, with a more than adequate amount of weight to it. The arms retain their bends well, and the clampers clamp. What also struck me was the attention to detail and pride taken in the creation of this product. Each individual component of the QuadHands came wrapped individually within the shipping box. Several of them had small business cards with friendly offers for free rubberized clamper covers (so as not to damage components) or outlining the purpose of the little bits. For example, included with the kid were four quarter-sized rubber dampeners, accompanied by a business card that explained their purpose was to soften the connection between the magnets and the base, to protect the powder coating, at the cost of some small loss in magnetic strength. All in all, impressive product, friendly company, clampy clamps... 10/10, would recommend.

> 3 dayI received my Quadhands but one arm was missing the magnet. Included in the order was the business card of the founder of Alphidia, Mark Richards, with his e-mail and mobile number. I sent an e-mail with a picture on Saturday and received a reply from Mark within 90 minutes. Mark wanted to correct the mistake and asked if I wanted another arm or just the magnet. I asked for just the magnet. Two days after being shipped I received the magnet and an extra arm. Outstanding customer service. The Quadhands is a fantastic product. It has made holding RC quadcopter (aka drone) PCBs very easy for soldering. The magnets are extremely strong and the ability to precisely adjust the placement of the arm on the metal base makes holding items in the right spot very easy. The base is very solid and heavy.

> 3 dayNeeded it for one project so far, seems to do the job, much better quality than anything I owned before, only complaint is lighting is not as bright as I would like but next time I due a project Ill try some different ideas. but overall great quality for the price and as they increase different items that they manufacture I will seriously consider them first, in this day and age its hard to find dedication to quality before profit.

> 3 dayI have a different use for this product I do training on surgical suturing to hold specimens and sutures and this device is great. Steady arms and very strong magnets. The clips are very nice and the ability to mount them where you want is extremely helpful. The base is really strong and heavy. It wont move

> 3 dayVery cool. The base is stable. It seems heavy enough to not move around, and the magnets are strong. Once set, they dont move. I like the ability to move the clip arms around on the base. In my opinion it is a brilliant idea. This should help greatly soldering small circuit boards, tinning wire, or other uses where you need an extra hand.
