Race Face Chester Pedal

This is a good quality pedals for mountain biking. It has a better grip than the Crankbrothers Stamp 1. I’ve tried both and I prefer RF Chester.

Seriously, these pedals are the Truth. They bite into my five tens like a baby teething into the teat. They refuse to release and keep giving me the milk of a solid ride. The make my ride firm, supple, and milky smooth. Even if I burp a tire, they still hold on, begging for more. I could crap my pants on the trail. Theyd still be there, offering sustenance that produces life. Wait...what were we talking about?

I installed 2 different sets of these pedals on 2 different roadbikes (dont care for clip ins) and two of the pedals broke within a couple of months. The frame of the pedals just snapped in half as I was riding. Maybe I just ride too hard for the durability level of these pedals.

Worth the extra $20, over ones that look identical. You get what you pay for with the Chester. THIS UPGRADE WILL HAVE A VERY HIGH IMPACT! ...flat pedals are ideal for mountain bikes, dont consider clips - of any kind.

These were recommended by the bike shop for my ebike. Perfect! My shoes stay put, even when wet which is a huge plus. Highly recommended.

Alot of times I just go for a ride and dont bother changing shoes or cloths just for a short ride. With my Trail Running shoes these pedals grip Great. They are so good I also Put them on my new Gazelle E-Bike. Just jump on,,,,,go for a ride. Most of the time when going Down hill at the parks,,,,I use these and wear my Ascis Trail Running shoes,,,,,Love Them.

These pedals are great. Plenty of grip in wet conditions. Best composite pedel i have tried.

First time using this style pedal and I am liking them a lot. They keep your foot secure, no slipping and no twisting even when wet. Dont be tempted to ride bare foot, I wouldnt suggest it. These are great. Glad I got them.

Wasnt my first choice of color due to low stock issues, but the color actually worked out well.

My favorite pedals. Basically unbreakable. Race face makes decent quality parts but these are my absolute favorite. Hundreds of miles on them already and not a single issue yet
