> 3 dayI was able to open the umbrella all the way. But when I tried to collapse it, it won’t budge.

> 3 dayI have had this umbrella for three years now and I can say I truly love it. It hasn’t broken yet and it’s small and easy to open and close. It was perfect as a college student who never had time to check the weather, I brought it with me most days. I graduated in the spring and I don’t do much walking to need an umbrella anymore but I keep it in my car and have used it a few times going to work and it’s great having the black on top and the clouds underneath because it appears professional while still have a fun element to it!!!

> 3 dayIt doesnt even rain here but I had to buy this. A rain jacket would make much more sense, but if I open this it just makes me smile. It will probably take a long time to know if this thing will last but it feels pretty solid and operates smoothly. All good.

> 3 dayTook it to Italy and worked out great. Not too heavy and easy to open and close. Fit in my backpack and the color was a plus.

> 3 dayThis umbrella is not very compact and definitely not lightweight. The 2 things I need for travel. Returned.

> 3 dayThere’s no doubt that this umbrella looks like it’s made to last. The opening and closing functions work well. The design is impressive. Time will tell as I have not used it yet. My two complaints are the weight and the small handle which might get uncomfortable if you are holding it a long time. But I got this umbrella to carry with me on hiking trails so those two things could be a negative. But if this umbrella is used for most situations where it would come in handy I can see this getting mostly five star ratings.

> 3 dayThis would make a great gift for someone who takes the bus or just likes to walk in the rain. Its seems too nice of a product to just stow away in a closet or car. The spring load that allows for easy opening might be something a senior has to get used to but I cant imagine purchasing another type of umbrella ever again. It really does show the companys standard for excellence.

> 3 dayThis is a very nice umbrella. Very sturdy, but I dropped a star from 5 to 4 because its quite heavy and bulky for a woman to put in her handbag. However, I still recommend it, because the cloud design on the inside is interesting, and also because I saw the exact same umbrella on a big well known department stores web site, and the identical umbrella was going to about $60 more. Amazons price for this sturdy umbrella is worth the price.
