Greater than one weekIt doesnt even rain here but I had to buy this. A rain jacket would make much more sense, but if I open this it just makes me smile. It will probably take a long time to know if this thing will last but it feels pretty solid and operates smoothly. All good.

> 3 dayI ordered this in 2017. I have had to replace it twice and both times the company was quick and responsive. Emailed last week that one of the spindles had snapped and I have my replacement already. It’s also easy to open/close with one button and fits in my work bag.

> 3 dayLove this for my daughters backpack. Its light weight and does not add any weight to my daughters already heavy backpack.

> 3 dayThis umbrella satisfies on SO MANY levels....its very sturday, the cost is unbelievably LOW, and MOST OF ALL having a canopy of lovely blue sky and puffy white clouds on a dark, dank and miserable day is worth its weight in gold...Definitely get one for yourself!!!

Greater than one weekI ordered some of these for an upcoming trip with a rainy forecast. I could not find any info on how much they weigh and wanted to answer that question for everyone: 14 ounces. This is on the heavier side for a travel umbrella, but they seem sturdy, include the open/close feature, and are reasonably priced, so I’m going to keep them and see how they work out.

> 3 daySaw another Amazon ad for what looked to be the same thing for about $10 more. Bought it at the lower price and Im happy with it. An earlier comment mentioned small grip size but mine was as pictured, fine for my average large hand. Holds up well in wind (Cleveland winter). Weight is more than I expect, but the robust design (Im a retired engineer) more than makes up for the weight!

> 3 dayThe umbrella is really good, and it folds to become very compact. My wife has used it for over a year, and really likes how it fits nicely in her small purse/bag. She was sad when one of the arms broke, and it was fine as if umbrella lasts a year in windy conditions of New York City - thats quite good, but then my wife reminded me that the item came with lifetime warranty. I was skeptical, as with these items, there is always a catch (for example, the replacement is free but you need to pay $ 10 for shipping). However, I wrote to this company, and within 24 hours I received a response. I sent them a few photos of the broken umbrella, and lo and behold, they approved a free replacement, shipping paid! Very happy with the experience and am uploading the picture of the replacement confirmation, so you know this really happened! I encourage all shoppers to look no further and buy this.

Greater than one weekIve had this umbrella for almost 2 years, and its stood up to the elements really well. Particularly in wind, I have had good luck with this umbrella not flipping the wrong way. The buttons to open and close are really convenient. As other reviewers have mentioned, if you push the button to collapse the canopy you will still need to push the umbrella back down into the handle to fully close it to its smallest size. I find that this actually takes a bit more muscle than you might expect, but overall it feels pretty sturdy for its size, so no complaints. One of the metal spokes that holds up the umbrella finally broke recently, but I was impressed that the seller was quick to honor their replacement guarantee. I would definitely recommend this product.
