Super disappointed worked really well the first few times I used it, and then broke in less than a month in which I only used it a handful of times. I purchased this one since it was a bigger sturdy looking small umbrella and it lasted less time than the smaller flimsy ones. *Edit:customer service sent me out another one hopefully the old one was just a dud and this one lasts much longer. But at least they have excellent customer service. Fingers crossed it lasts.

I bought 4 for my kids: 1 pink, 1 blue (1st and 3rd picture) and 2 black (2nd picture). The stitches that hold the ribs to the canopy are minimal. The blue umbrella has a couple spots where the stitching appears to be coming undone. The black umbrella has a rib that is completely missing the stitching towards the outer edge. I just received these today and haven’t used them yet so I am only able to rate how the product arrived.

It is sturdy and of good material but main draw back is when you want to close the umbrella you need to really use a lot of force to pull it down manually. Besides that it is functional and strong overall.

We live in a city that receives a fair amount of rain and wind during the months of October and March. So, finding an umbrella that would with stand gusts of wind was a priority. I was purchasing this umbrella as a gift for a close friend, her other umbrella (not an Upper Echelon product) gave way to the last windy and rainy day. She definitely loves this umbrella, for several reasons. Im shortening her comments; its well made, sturdy, durable, and is the best umbrella shes ever owned. I know thats a bold statement but, I believe her. Since this umbrella is specifically crafted for higher winds and stormy weather it weighs a bit more than those designed for protection from rain and maybe lower wind storms. I am purchasing several more as gifts for my female friends and one for myself. Upper Echelon has a selection of umbrellas for everyone and their prices are very competitive compared to the other companies I searched. I hope your business grows and stays strong. Sincerely, GCG

i love tge bright color, the ease of operation and closing. It has a cover that slips on with ease!

Sturdy and really keeps you dry. It has some weight to it and is not small, but to me thats a good thing because I can tell its going to last and I can finally stop buying those cheap flimsy umbrellas that fall apart in a few months. It is definitely worth the price if you want to keep dry and the clouds on the inside are really cute.

Bought these for three of my grandsons - they fit into backpacks easily and are accessible during inclement weather.

I have had this umbrella for three years now and I can say I truly love it. It hasn’t broken yet and it’s small and easy to open and close. It was perfect as a college student who never had time to check the weather, I brought it with me most days. I graduated in the spring and I don’t do much walking to need an umbrella anymore but I keep it in my car and have used it a few times going to work and it’s great having the black on top and the clouds underneath because it appears professional while still have a fun element to it!!!

I love this umbrella so much that I ordered another one for a mothers day gift. Its so well made and comfortable.
