The listing says Ralix Reinstall DVD For Windows 7 All Versions 32/64 bit. Recover, Restore, Repair Boot Disc but when you get the disk there is a description on it that says This disk will NOT restore your Windows to factory default settings. It also says if you have issues please email us, please contact us first before leaving negative feedback. Well I emailed them four times and never got a response. My last email said if I didnt hear from them I would leave feedback, another week has past and no response. After reading the wont do disclaimer on the disk package I didnt bother to open it.

Disc was damaged and didnt work

Im an experienced software/hardware tech. Ive been working professionally with various OS and networks since the 80s. A relative had a running CPU where Windows 7 was glitchy and had some pretty annoying issues. I used the disk for a quick fix to to get things back in shape because the user didnt want to upgrade from Win7. It was a disaster. After running the CD and going through all of the repair options the CPU wouldnt even boot independently and crashed over and over. I was so frustrated and annoyed that we bought a new CPU with WIN10 just to be done with it.

I am not a good computer operator. Im 80 years old and have to trust people. You cant trust people that lie.

Says it works for all windows 7, but it doesnt work for windows Vista 7!

I did a clean windows 7 install, but now I lost all the drivers. My PC is so old that some of those drivers are no longer supported. Be careful
