The listing clearly says it can restore to factory settings, and then the CD case that it comes with has a note that says, this amazon listing clearly says that we do not reinstall windows like what. dont waste your time. it wont restore to factory settings. im pissed i wasted my time over this dumb thing

Greater than one weekIt states in the title that is a “reinstall disk” and further states it’s for Windows 7, however it does not actually reinstall Windows - apparently it only fixes Windows…?
