it didnt fix my windows 7. my computer says its still having errors and doesnt remember having this system installed in the first place when it was

Im an experienced software/hardware tech. Ive been working professionally with various OS and networks since the 80s. A relative had a running CPU where Windows 7 was glitchy and had some pretty annoying issues. I used the disk for a quick fix to to get things back in shape because the user didnt want to upgrade from Win7. It was a disaster. After running the CD and going through all of the repair options the CPU wouldnt even boot independently and crashed over and over. I was so frustrated and annoyed that we bought a new CPU with WIN10 just to be done with it.

Listing says it will re install Windows, the item I received has a disclaimer saying it wont... I still tried it out and worked for me for reinstalling

Not good at all don’t waste your money

This is a scam. I read several bad reviews but figured they were old and the Seller had updated the product. Wrong! This disc does not allow you to reinstall Windows 7 even though the listing says it does in several sections as long as you have a Windows Key Code. The disc arrived today and the first thing I see is a paper insert inside saying that this is not a disc to reinstall Windows. Instead its a Repair Disc which is not whats being marketed on the listing. How has Amazon allowed this listing to go so long with over 800 reviews mostly negative??

Great product

Purchased this CD to fix my laptop which wouldnt boot to Windows 7. The CD came with a website with instructions. Instructions looked fine but the CD never worked to get to the 2nd step. All over the packing and the instructions website the seller asks not to provide negative feedback or return to amazon. Email them and theyll provide supports. Ive sent emails every day for over a week now and havent gotten any response. I work in the tech industry and this is a horrible product with horrible support.
