I cant send the disk back because the locker code doesnt work and about a week ago some at Amazon told not to worry about sending the DVD back that they werent to charge is i didnt send it back and today you tell me you charge me for the dvd

Lame read title on sale site. Then get a disk that does not recover. In fact the disc doesnt work in any of the 35 pcs we tried it on at pur school. Claims to be able to recover windows 7. It does not. DO NOT BUY

It states in the title that is a “reinstall disk” and further states it’s for Windows 7, however it does not actually reinstall Windows - apparently it only fixes Windows…?

No! No! This disk didn’t work for me. Windows says it’s a counterfeit version of windows 7! It didn’t restore my computer. I regret buying this.
