This device was purchased to replace a programed hearing aid which quit working and until I could get out without virus exposure The device only makes the speech which I could not understand, louder. Understanding speech js still no better with the device.

I was able to fix my computer in 5 minutes. Its wasnt booting right, and Voila.

I am not a good computer operator. Im 80 years old and have to trust people. You cant trust people that lie.

This worked for my computer but now there aren’t any WiFi drivers on my computer so it won’t hook up to anything or connect to WiFi... but it’s back running so that’s a start.

Followed the lousy instructions. Put the disc in the drive. The drive spun up. NOTHING!
