After some time for the installing, it pops up an error message can not be installed. The I restarted the computer, then all the hard disks can not be found or detected.

Recover, Restore, Repair Boot Disc but when you get the disk there is a description on it that says This disk will NOT restore your Windows to factory default settings. It also says if you have issues please email us, please contact us first before leaving negative feedback. Well I emailed them four times and never got a response. My last email said if I didnt hear from them I would leave feedback, another week has past and no response. After reading the wont do disclaimer on the disk package I didnt bother to open it.
