Not extremely difficult. Easier than changing First Generation IPad screen. I would buy this one again.

I bought two of these as replacements. My experience with the first replacement glass has been about 85% great. The taped off edges of the glass is a very nice feature, but the protective plastic covers on both sides of the glass left a residue that was difficult to clean off the front side of the glass. Other than that, Id buy these again. From what I understand, many of these glass replacements (from different companies) arrive DOA. So far, Im happy with the first unit, and am sure the second will work just fine. Ill update after I do the second replacement.

I would definitely not buy from this seller the box wasnt even taped shut and the screen is broken supposed to be brand new . This package looked like a 5 yr old packaged it. Only rated one star do to it needing to be at least one by default.

The home button keeps turning the screen off aND the touch is very sensitive around the edges of the screen. Wont buy again
