It’s the perfect size and has adjustable straps that you can wrap around any part of your body that needs ice therapy. The ice pack is very flexible, so it is easy to apply. It also has the choice of a soft waterproof material side or the direct intense side depending on your preferred amount of coldness you can tolerate. It folds up easily to pack in a cooler if you need to take it with you to a sporting game. I would highly recommend this brand over any of the others!
