I’ve tried several ice packs due to arthritis and meniscus tear over the years. This one is amazing and works the BEST for me! It’s the perfect size and has adjustable straps that you can wrap around any part of your body that needs ice therapy. The ice pack is very flexible, so it is easy to apply. It also has the choice of a soft waterproof material side or the direct intense side depending on your preferred amount of coldness you can tolerate. It folds up easily to pack in a cooler if you need to take it with you to a sporting game. I would highly recommend this brand over any of the others!

Already had one of these and needed to get another. Now I can treat both knees at the same time. Didnt think twice about buying the same one as before. I love these and how well they stay in place.

I ordered 2 of these ice packs because I needed something to transition to after returning my Ice/Compression machine from my Total Knee Replacement. They are above & beyond what I expected. I ordered 2 black ones. They have very durable velcro straps to help keep it securely on your knee or any part of leg. They came with a nice reusable ziploc bag to put it in while chilling it in freezer. This bag keeps odors from freezer from getting into the ice pack and helps keep it clean. I like how I can walk around with the icepack on and it stays secure on the knee.

These ice wraps are the greatest! I got a pair so that one can be getting cold again in the freeze while I use the other. They are perfect for wrapping legs and the velcro-tipped straps would probably stretch to position it against the hip. While the cold doesnt last quite as long as with some thicker gel packs, they do refreeze quickly and the design allows the pack to conform to the body much more effectively than other gel packs I have used. Plus the straps--about 2 in. wide--are soft and stretchy.

I have terrible arthritis in my knee which qualifies me for knee replacement now. I got this to help with swelling and pain management for now. It looked cheap judging from the photo but when I read that the skin side had a suede covering I figured it would be nice and not be too cold. So glad I ordered it. It is comfortable, freezes quickly and has its own zip bag for the freezer to help protect it from other things. I love the Velcro stretchy straps which allow for a perfect size fit (for almost any leg size), and they hold it on so well I can walk around if I need to. Very happy with the quality and comfort, and I know it will be great to use when I get the surgery, too. I also think this could be used on an arm, elbow, even ankle or foot,

I like the way it wraps around your knees and gives cooling effect. I wanted something like a wrap for my knee so that I need not to adjust it every now and then.
