this is easy to put on, stays in place and is easy to get cold again

I fractured my kneecap and in doing so banged up my entire leg - these have been a lifesaver! I didn’t think I needed 2, but so glad I ordered the two pack! I can travel with one and have one waiting in the freezer when I get home. They take a couple hours to freeze from room temperature (less if you put it back in the freezer as it starts to cool) but if you need to alternate ice packs frequently being able to alternate them is very convenient! I frequently go to bed with it on because it cools enough after to not worry about icing too long but also make me comfortable to be able to go to sleep. I like the two sides - the softer side for milder icing (like wrapping an ice pack in a towel) or the smooth side for intense icing. Some reviews complained the straps are too long - better too long than too short! It makes them flexible to use on whatever body part you need it for. Because so much of my leg needed icing I turned it diagonally to cover more and still was able to crisscross the straps to hold it at an unusual angle. Minor point, but the reusable freezer bags were a bonus to throw it back in the freezer without having to worry about it being in with my frozen food

My wife has a knee injury that will require surgery but until that time using this pack on her knee 3-4 times a day helps her to maintain her ability to walk. It’s very easy to apply and when she’s done with it they included a ziplock bag that it fits nicely into and it can just be tossed into the freezer.

I had a total-knee replacement and used this all the time after my surgery to control my swelling. This has Velcro straps so you can wrap it around your knee and cool your whole knee down. Its gel so its probably not quite as cold as real ice. My physical therapist saw me using it and he said that it was perfect for me to be using.

Comfortable and easy to use

This gell pack is very well made and gets very cold. I really like the sturdy straps with excellent Velcro. I use it for about 30 minutes total, 15 on the plush side then 15 on the slick side and it gets my knee iced down much better than an ice pack.

I really like the comfortable feel of this ice bag and the way it can conform to your knee. I’ve probably have had a half dozen of these types of ice bags for my knees over the years, but this one is the best.

Another product that I should have bought years earlier. My husband has an old wrist injury. This works perfectly. He is very happy. It stays cold a long time and stays tightly wrapped around the wrist. Perfect product.

I liked it because it has Velcro straps that attach it to the knee area. Ive tried ice bags but I have found myself constantly retrieving the bag when it falls to the floor. I did not give it a 5 because it didnt ice the area cold enough for my needs. Still, its a great wrap.
