> 3 dayLove the 2 pack - recovery from knee surgery and this is perfect. Use one while other one in freezer. The Velcro is great and hold the ice packs in place. Only comment is feel like they get cold but don’t stay cold as long. Gave 4 stars as this is well made and they stay in place. And way better than using ziplock bags of ice. Would recommend.

11-06-2025I was on the verge of not being able to walk let alone try to get up and down stairs due to excruciating knee pain! I had tried store bought ice packs, homemade ice packs, epsom baths, Thera gun, pain relievers, shoe inserts, etc and I was not getting better. It honestly scared me! I’m on day 3 of using this ice pack when I go to bed at night and just finished a mile walk with minimal pain! It gets COLD, fits my plus size leg, is comfortable enough to wear through the night and finally is a cure for my knee pain! It fits the whole knee and sides of knee, which I believe is the key! I can’t recommend this enough. You will be so glad you purchased this and won’t ever need another knee ice pack again!

Greater than one weekI really was confused by the two sides having different materials, but it actually works really well - plastic if you have fabric between you and the ice pack, and fabric feel if you want to apply it directly to the skin. Velcro straps work for either side.

> 3 dayI had a total-knee replacement and used this all the time after my surgery to control my swelling. This has Velcro straps so you can wrap it around your knee and cool your whole knee down. Its gel so its probably not quite as cold as real ice. My physical therapist saw me using it and he said that it was perfect for me to be using.
