This is a really, really nice ice pack. The material are so nice and the part that touches your skin is so comfortable. The straps are long enough it would fit anyone. I couldnt have asked for the product to be any nicer. I used 2 for my knee after knee replacement surgery so I would always have one to put on when the other warmed up. After having knee surgery it was the best move Ive made in a long time.

It fits and is very comfortable

It doesnt really last long no more than 20 to 30 min it gets warm

This gell pack is very well made and gets very cold. I really like the sturdy straps with excellent Velcro. I use it for about 30 minutes total, 15 on the plush side then 15 on the slick side and it gets my knee iced down much better than an ice pack.

While a good product it isnt quite flexible enough to bend tightly and cover my whole knee area.
