This is a really, really nice ice pack. The material are so nice and the part that touches your skin is so comfortable. The straps are long enough it would fit anyone. I couldnt have asked for the product to be any nicer. I used 2 for my knee after knee replacement surgery so I would always have one to put on when the other warmed up. After having knee surgery it was the best move Ive made in a long time.

Just had knee surgery and wanted a good easy way to ice the knee in recovery. These work great. I bought two because I need to uses frequently. Freeze time is min two hours after used for effectiveness but first time freeze overnight. It says four hours and that probably works too.

This product really helped to take away the pain. You need this item! It’s a must have!

I can move around with it

I was on the verge of not being able to walk let alone try to get up and down stairs due to excruciating knee pain! I had tried store bought ice packs, homemade ice packs, epsom baths, Thera gun, pain relievers, shoe inserts, etc and I was not getting better. It honestly scared me! I’m on day 3 of using this ice pack when I go to bed at night and just finished a mile walk with minimal pain! It gets COLD, fits my plus size leg, is comfortable enough to wear through the night and finally is a cure for my knee pain! It fits the whole knee and sides of knee, which I believe is the key! I can’t recommend this enough. You will be so glad you purchased this and won’t ever need another knee ice pack again!

Used only one time. It went on very easily but doesnt stay cold very long. I had it in the freezer for a couple of day so thought it would stay cold much longer. While it was cold, felt very good.

That I could mold it to my knee and the velcro keeps it in place

These ice wraps are the greatest! I got a pair so that one can be getting cold again in the freeze while I use the other. They are perfect for wrapping legs and the velcro-tipped straps would probably stretch to position it against the hip. While the cold doesnt last quite as long as with some thicker gel packs, they do refreeze quickly and the design allows the pack to conform to the body much more effectively than other gel packs I have used. Plus the straps--about 2 in. wide--are soft and stretchy.
