This product is exactly what it says it is! It is durable, compact, spacious, and very secure. The 360 wheels are very smooth and the entire case is very lightweight. I would recommend this to anyone looking for high-quality luggage at a great price. Level8 did not let me down, go for it!

Nice to have as a replacement for my old carry-on.. a bit on the heavy side though even without anything yet loaded.. and prone to some scratches which is unavoidable..

I searched review after review looking for the best work travel carry-on before deciding on this one. I loved this bag.. until I left home and it scuffed before I even made it to the airport. If you care about scratches and scuffs (like me) my honest opinion is to pick another bag.

Used this on 3 flights and the top right corner already cracked all the way down the top. Smart design but the plastic used on the body of the suitcase aren’t built to handle modern air travel processes.

We purchased one of the level eight 20 for international travel. We had standard size carryon, but they did not fit the size requirement. I was a little skeptical I could fit everything I needed for 2 weeks. After a trial packing experiment we were pleasantly surprised at how much they hold. We bought a 2nd one for my husband. We love the locking feature for both the computer and the main areas of the luggage. Something that does not come on most pieces of luggage this size. You will not be disappointed.

Disappointed that the suitcase gets scratched very easily. Only been on two flights, bags not checked, I took good care of the suitcase and it still got scratched.

I love the front pocket for my notebook and laptop. The left inside pockets I love. The right side I do not. The bars of the wheel protrude into the compartment and takes up space. If you’re going on a 1 or two night work stay this is great. If you’re going fit longer this is too small. The outside surface is holding up great after multiple overnight hospital stays. The wheels glide smooth snd the handle is sturdy.

I spend 200 days a year on the road. This new bag is exactly what I need for a carry that can take a weeks trip. Perfect

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to share my recent experience with this suitcase. I had to check in the bag at the gate of my terminal because I was the last group to board and the airline had run out of over the head space for luggage. When I went to get my checked bag, I noticed that one of the corners of the suitcase was dented and had a small crack. I took a picture and emailed Level 8 about the damage, and I received a new suitcase 2 days later. Fantastic customer service!

I find this carry-on to be too small. It is only good for a two-day trip. I like the way it is laid out, but everything is small and wont hold all that much.
