> 3 dayIve been struggling with a 16 x 20 foot sun sail getting it stop sagging, getting it up and down by myself using, finally, zip ties I could pull tight, then cutting them to take them down. I saw a reviewer suggest these for a sun sail and they are PERFECT, although the size might be overkill, Im so pleased! I can not only raise and lower the sail easily but I can get out the sag and tomorrow Im going to try loosening one side and tightening the other to move it with the sun, maybe to over the pool! We shall see . . .They tighten reliably and loosen easily. They are perfect. And Im sure the larger size rope is easier on my hands.

> 3 dayHad to lift a number of metal frames, about 100 lbs each and unwieldy, and mount them on the side of my house. By myself. These worked perfectly. Easy to pull up and to get back down. Smooth operation and plenty of grip so they dont let go and drop heavy things on your head. They have many uses and are inexpensive. Great product..

> 3 dayThese are the greatest thing since pockets. I am an ASE master mechanic with 39 years experience. For years I have used bungee cords to hold up things like drive shafts when pulling transfer cases or transmissions. Imagine my surprise when a young mechanic started at my shop and had rope ratchets to hold things out of the way which can be used with one hand as opposed to using both hands with a bungee cord. I didn’t know these existed. I immediately purchased a pair and wish I had known about them 38 years ago. You can teach this old dog new tricks

> 3 dayI used two of these to hoist 21 foot sheets of corrugated sheet metal up and on a frame for a metal garage 20 x 12 and I used them to lift a 10 roll up door into position. I could not have done the work as easy and safe without them.

> 3 dayThese ratchets are super easy to use and work fine for moderate loads like an ATV. Two of these hold down a raptor up to a brute force...you get the point. Easy on and off. I wont use any other tie down.

> 3 dayI used the rope ratchet to lift the malt pipe from the boil pot of my Anvil Foundry brewer. It worked like a charm. I was able to pull the malt pipe out slowly allowing the grain to drain slowly and completely. It is well constructed and rugged enough for brewing. I love that it is an American made product.
