There is something about the design and the structure of this sink that makes me feel great every time I use it. There are a couple of components that it comes with that makes it amazing. One is a rack that sits above the sink floor so that when you put your clean cups in the sink, they dont get soiled by the sink itself. The other is the drain cup that is so good at catching debris before it gets into the drain. The engineering seems so useful. I had no idea that spending a few extra dollars on a sink would feel so good.

OMG...finally finished and moved in to our cottage and we installed this 25 Ruvati single bowl sink. LOVE IT!! Ive never had a single sink before but I wanted something that had a bigger area and thought I would try this. The sink came very well packaged and arrived WITH sink clips. Nice stainless finish and love the grate that sits in the bottom. Also like that I was able to get a smaller sink base cabinet and it fit perfectly. We did not use the strainer as we installed a garbage disposal. And I personally prefer the small, white plastic dish drain that I can easily move in/out without removing the sink grate. I would definitely purchase this sink again.

I moved into a condo with a small kitchen in 2017 and remodeled the kitchen. I took a chance and purchased this sink, of course, without seeing it. My contractor installed it, but he didnt complain, so I guess it went okay. The reason for this review is for you to see what it looks like after 5 years of use. Just like a new car, I cleaned it often and now I clean it when it starts to look a little grungy. Today, I did a thorough cleaning and it still looks good, I think. Ive done some dumb stuff to it over the years. While new, I dropped a large glass pumpkin on the edge and banged it up a bit. And then, in an effort to recycle a plastic toilet bowl cleaner bottle, I rinsed out the remaining contents in the sink leaving the permanent stains near the drain on the left side. I love the size, depth, and the single bowl. Its wonderful for everything...cant imagine anyone wanting 2 bowls. I didnt think I would be a fan of the bottom rinse grid, but was surprised how handy it is. You can leave something sitting on the grid in the sink and still rinse the sink. Its also a cushion if something is dropped. Since the pumpkin incident, nothing that has slipped from my hands has broken in the sink. The only con for this sink is getting into the corners to clean. Also, the grid is a bit of a pain, but a brush or Scrub Daddy takes care of that.

I needed a nice, functional and eye appeasing sink in my newly designed garage. This sink meets all of my needs. I didnt want a large fiberglass sink because Ill be mostly washing my hands and dirty rags and it would be an eye sore. The sink arrived with no damage. It was packed to prevent any shipping problems. I am especially thankful to the customer service Ruvati offers its customers. When I received the sink I noticed the mounting clamps were too short. I called Ruvati to explain my problem and they had the longer clamps mailed and in my hands within 3 days. I received them in time for the installers to do their job without disruption. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would buy a Ruvati sink again.

    Greater than one week

However the brackets to hold in place are horrible to work with. The smallest bump in a tight spot will knock them out. I was extremely irritated with this. As for the quality the packaging and the look of everything I’m 100% Satisfied.

I got this puppy installed yesterday (Sat 3/10/2018) and I have to say it is a beast! I purchased the 33x22 inch model unit and I am very happy I did. This is a great sink but there is some room for improvement. I dont like the way the provided retaining clips angle into the sink as you tighten them down. In my case the sink fit the hole from my previous sink perfectly but very tightly. It mounted completely flush on either side so there was no possibility of side-to-side movement ergo I left out those clips. I managed to anchor 2 clips in front and back of the sink and I think that would do nicely to keep it stable. A bit of advice to those who purchase this sink....dont try to fill it up with water. This is a large volume sink and unless you have granite counter tops or some other very hard surface the weight of water in this fully filled sink would crash through the hole mount and damage the plumbing in the sink cabinet. My kitchen is a lower end model with particle board and laminate counter tops. I dont think mine would be strong enough to support the weight of this sink fully filled with water. It is not really a problem I think because most people would just use it to wash and rinse stuff with the water running and the drain open. I have a dish washer for doing dishes this baby was purchased mostly for my over sized cast iron enameled cookware and my large stainless steel pots. I gave it 4 stars because of the retaining clips issue but dont let that deter you from buying this baby if you really want it. It is a solid design and they send it very well packaged a secured. Its very unlikely to get damaged in transit.

Im not usually a fan of stainless steel sinks. They just seem cheap to me, but this sink has changed my mind. The extra thickness of the steel and the added sound proofing give the sink a very substantial feel. My only criticism is the installation can be a pain. Maybe it was me, but unless you get the sink centered exactly in the hole, it is very hard to get the clips to grab and put them on, before you put the sink in the hole. I didnt see it in the instructions and it is a must. Also, use a socket (metric). The slot for a common screw drive is so shallow, that it is virtually useless.

Im totally impressed with this sink. For the money (or a lot more money, for that matter) it cant be beat. Very heavy gauge stainless steel, and the clamping system in a drop-in installation is great. A little difficult to install in a 36 base cabinet due to the minimal clearance with such a large sink, but thats just how it is. A 10mm socket on a long extension helps. Very well insulated and the basket and drain hardware is top-notch. My only warning to potential buyers would be this: I installed this sink in a laundry room with a very tall sprayer faucet. The force created when moving the sprayer around causes the faucet deck on the sink to flex, breaking the caulk bead I put along the back of the sink. I had to fabricate a wall bracket to hold the faucet steady. Im not sure theres anything that they could have done to the sink to alleviate this, but its something to be aware of.

Comparing this to the 20gauge sink I bought at homedepot a few months ago is almost a joke. This is the most solid thing I have seen sink related and has a nice hefty weight and cant wait to see it installed in new granite counters next month. The 20 gauge sink from hd is already rusting in some spots after 2 months and cost the same price as this for a 33x22 size. Shouldve gone with this to start with in the first place. Thicker metal = longer lasting sink.

Best decision ever! Giant sink, easy to clean (assuming you clean your sink regularly, as I cannot comment on how easy it is to get goo out of the corners if you leave it until filthy). I say that because I was worried about the zero radius corners, reading all sorts of nonsense online about using q-tips and other nonsense. Not a problem- no q-tips used here! It’s installed in a 36 inch corner cabinet. Fitted our old Insinkerator, and the four holes allowed for our RO filter faucet, dishwasher air-gap, soap dispenser and faucet. We used the Forius faucet, which has a lot of pressure to reach all sides/edges. We are going to add a reducer to bring the gpm to 1.5 to the faucet shortly, because it’s too much spray in the spray mode and we are in California, which requires a lower gpm. One thing though- It was harder to clean before we used Gel Gloss kitchen and bath polish (available at many hardware stores in their cleaning section). It smooths down the ridges in the stainless, fills the pore and helps the water bead and run down in the almost flat bottom of the sink. It’s the kitchen safe version of Rainx. The flatness of a zero radius sink bottom is the other reason to have a more forceful spray on the faucet. After a few weeks of using the polish, the sink is smoother and easier to clean. The edges of this drop-in sink are raised, but wipe down easily. I like the raised edges better because I can manage how wet the caulking gets and reduce mold formation. Every undermount sink has black mold in the caulking and it’s difficult to replace the caulking when that happens a few years down the road. This sink sealed well to our Corian countertop and only required a thin layer of clear caulk to seal well. Installation is okay- there are clips all around the sink. The back has stabilizing pieces that will require a little fussing to get it to sit flush all around. It is very secure and sufficiently insulated that it is not loud and clanging when you move things around. The rack helped that too and to reduce scratches. It looks better (fewer scratches, and easier to clean) than our friend’s much more expensive sink with all the attachments. We use a silicone rack sometimes, but do not miss the integrated items from using her sink. We have had ours for a few months now, and it has been an amazing change from our too tight enameled cast iron sink that stained every time we put a pot in it. It’s so big that I do not mind washing dishes in the sink! Best sink I have ever had/used.
