> 3 dayWe ordered this particular Ruvati single bowl sink after looking through quite a few options all over the internet and in stores. This one appeared very stylish and well-made. The price was very reasonable too. And it was exactly what we wanted. The sink looks even better in real life. High quality stainless steel combined with contemporary style make it a perfect fit for our kitchen. We have been using it for a couple of months now and I should say that it is also very easy to maintain. It didnt lose color and didnt get any stains or scratches. Love it!!! Also, I should mention that it arrived very fast and in a very nice solid box to prevent any damage during shipping. I absolutely recommend it to everybody. Great product!

Greater than one weekI am very pleased. I looked at lower priced sinks with the same design, but two things helped me decide to choose the Ruvati. The high reviews and I noticed this sink rises 1/4 above the counter vs. the other final lower price contender which laid flat on the counter. I didnt think I would care for the edge of the sheet metal look on the lower priced sink. I bring this point up because I studied this purchase a lot and the raised edge vs. flat edge were not so obvious, at least to me. The other feature that was not obvious and I would definitely want are welded gussets on either side of the center faucet mounting hole which this sink has. I discovered this during install, the commercial style faucet I installed is rock solid. Without these gussets your faucet may flex the sheet metal or you have to add a block of wood when you mount the faucet, an added step and method I dont care for. I didnt want a four hole sink but settled on it after deciding this was the best sink to purchase. I installed the R.O. faucet to the right and two soap dispensers, hand and dish, it looks good and I like the functionality. Finally, I have to say, it comes in the most impressive packaging I have seen. I wish I didnt have to throw it away.

> 3 dayWell, it didnt really save us from a remodel, but it certainly lets us avoid it for a few years. The house is 25 years old and the original Kohler ceramic 2-basin sink was driving us nuts. The finish was hazy, the undersides of the rim were rusting (dont ask me how), there were several old (bad) applications of silicone caulk around the edges, the disposal was on the prep sink side, forcing us to constantly manage a strainer on the larger basin side, the larger basin was too small to hold large pans, and we were constantly breaking dishes on the basin divider as wed move to put them in the dishwasher. After months of looking and thinking wed replace the sink as part of a remodel, I decided I wasnt willing to wait that long. I researched several brands and retailers (including local brick & mortar) and decided to go with this unit from Ruvati (thanks Amazon for your wonderful review system). We chose it for the heavier gauge stainless, the low profile rim, the large single basin, the 4-hole design, and the 5-star rating. Everything came as described. Packaging is great, with the sink being enveloped in a large fabric protector. Instructions are simple and straight forward. We love the new look and the sink works great for daily use. Weve lived with it a week and have no remorse. It even makes our tile counters look not-so-bad. And theres this cool and ever-so subtle V on the bank sink wall under the Ruvati logo that you only see when you glance across the sink. Its hard to describe, but we like it. All in, were liking our kitchen a lot more and dont feel quite so compelled to immediately invest in a remodel. Amazing what a difference a well designed sink can make... I installed the sink last weekend. Its really a 2-person job, but I managed it alone. My install took the whole weekend, but 80% of that was dealing with my specific kitchen conditions. If it had been a simple remove and replace, it could have been done in 2-3 hours. In my case, I had to remove and cut down a few pieces of tile from the counter widen the sink opening a half inch and make room for the Ruvati. I took the opportunity to replace two old cracked tiles next to the sink, then ground down all the grout on the adjacent counter, applied new grout, and sealed before installing. Tips for install: tape the mounting hardware to the basin before setting, to keep it out of the way while dropping into the hole. And figure out where your disposal and drain outlet will line up. I switched from a 2-basin and the new disposal location was right where the drain pipe came out of the wall. That added a trip to Home Depot and 3 hours to the job. We replaced the garbage disposal flange and gasket, but kept the old disposal. Looks new from the topside, still works great, and avoided a $200 upgrade. You can avoid all those things by hiring the job out, but I figure I saved $500 doing it myself.

Greater than one weekWe had a flood in our kitchen in January. We had to replace almost everything! I purchased this sink because the description said it was exactly what I wanted! I like a huge sink that can contain all the water mess that we make while cleaning up. This sink is perfect in so many ways! If I could have an affair with an inanimate object, it would be this sink! I highly recommend this sink or any other sink by Ruvati! When we were having the sink installed by a so-called professional the person who arrived to install it led me to believe he had installed the clips that hold it in but he had not. After I paid him and he left, we figured out by trying to use the sink that it was NOT CLIPPED in! The plumbers boss would not do the right thing so I called the manufacturer to find out where I could get more clips, and Ruvati sent me replacement clips at no charge because of the trouble! Ruvati is the kind of company that makes me feel good about making a purchase with them. I highly recommend their products and will purchase their products again.

> 3 dayThis sink is amazing. Totally changed the look of my kitchen. It is huge! I wanted to go from double sink to single and this did the trick. I did not install the garbage disposal for now, I will try to use the supplied catch tray instead and see how that works. Keep in mind if you do want to use your disposal you will have to use a different drain. I could have used the one from my old sink if I wanted the disposal. The install was fairly simple to do by myself. I had to reroute some of the drain pipes so it took a few trips to the hardware store and about 5 hours to completely remove the old sink and install the new one. Also, you do not need and caulk to install this sink. There is actually just a thin edge that touches the counter so caulk wouldnt even work. You will need some plumbers putty for the drain. Removal of the old caulk was probably the biggest headache. I used the 3 hole with a delta faucet and soap dispenser. It looks and functions great. The 4th hole I used for my air gap. Hope this helps. It looks great! Before and after picture attached.

> 3 dayWhile the sink is OK. I have to take issue with the marketing plan. Specifically the decision to put the cutout dimensions in a DWG file. I was unable to open this file even by using Autodesks on-line software. Why am I making an issue of this? Because I, like most of us, do not want to have to cut counter tops if it can be avoided. So one of my important criterion was a sink with a compatible cut out dimension. I have a more or less standard cutout. Without being able to open the DWG drawing I relied on the sink dimensions that are viewable and estimated the cutout required. DONT DO THAT. I believe the reason Ruvati makes it difficult to see the required cutout is because due to the design of the sink, the cut out is a lot larger that one would guess from looking at the published sink dimensions. Remember the cutout dimension drawing is simply a rectangle. So why does Ruvati make it so difficult to see it by using a non standard file format? And why doesnt Ruvati simply state the required cutout in the published detail? I believe its because many would realize that they will have to make a new cutout IF they have the room to do it. Ruvati will no doubt claim that they provided the info in the special (rectangle) DWG drawing. But IMO its a fig leaf. Dont buy unless you verify the cutout dimension first.

> 3 dayWe built a new home so I decided to try a new sink. At first I was very angry because before we even moved in, and it was just the construction workers here and the sink had a bunch of rust spots. However, I read one of the reviews and they suggested using bar tender, so I bought that and the spots went away and I havent had a problem since. We have been using the sink for several months now. I absolutely love this sink!!!! This is my first experience with a huge sink. I have always had the traditional sink that one cant lay big dishes down in. Now that I can lay the big dishes down to soak they are so much easier!!! I love it! I also love that when someone is coming over and you dont have much time to clean, it fits a lot of dishes. I can make the kitchen look cleaner in a few minutes just by quickly putting the dishes on the counter in the sink and it holds a lot of dishes. It is true that food gets stuck on the outer edges and you have to spray food out of the corners, but to me its totally worth it! It was a game changer for me because it has made washing big dishes so much easier for me. I also love the modern look it gives my kitchen because our house has a modern look. It is true that sometimes spoons or forks slip under the metal sink grid but its not a big deal. Also, you have to take the sink grid out to wash the sink, but its totally worth the hassle to me. I did notice there is a sink with a cutting board and a dish drainer that comes with the sink. I might be tempted to get that one if I had to do it over again, but overall I am very happy!

> 3 dayAwesome heavy duty sink. Arrived packaged very well and in it’s own bag. It dropped into the existing hole that I had with ease. Installed a new commercial grade Delta faucet. The clips used to fasten the sink to the counter top were too short and I had to alter them. This is a deep sink and getting the clips installed was not an easy task. Used a long handled needle nose pliers and long handled screw driver, as the room on the sides of the sink was very limited due to the size of this monster sink. Overall it takes some time to install because of the size issue. That being said, thus is one hell of a too notch sink!!! Oh ya, install your faucet and any accessories before you drop the sink in!!

> 3 dayI was concerned that I would not like this sink because of my prior experiences with stainless sinks: typically noisy, hard to keep clean and not very big. I gave up a triple bowl porcelain sink with my kitchen remodel and I loved the versatility. THIS sink changed all that for me. I love it. Its big, deep and the lines and angles look great in my kitchen. As others have stated, it arrives beautifully packaged - Im using the box it came in to store quilts! Large trays fit well, theres plenty of room to fill big pots, drain big pots and room for a dish drainer and dishpan if you want to hand wash. Why four stars? As others pointed out, the angle is a bit flat to rinse crumbs and food bits into the drain; it ends up using more water than Id like to get everything into the drain. Also, the included drain cover doesnt work with a disposal; Ruvati needs to address that. Its quiet, too, partly because of the included rack, which I love. This sink was a marvelous find for the price, I hope I continue to love it for years to come.

> 3 dayI needed a nice, functional and eye appeasing sink in my newly designed garage. This sink meets all of my needs. I didnt want a large fiberglass sink because Ill be mostly washing my hands and dirty rags and it would be an eye sore. The sink arrived with no damage. It was packed to prevent any shipping problems. I am especially thankful to the customer service Ruvati offers its customers. When I received the sink I noticed the mounting clamps were too short. I called Ruvati to explain my problem and they had the longer clamps mailed and in my hands within 3 days. I received them in time for the installers to do their job without disruption. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would buy a Ruvati sink again.
