> 24 hourI had purchased a different brand of sad which I spent 2 days trying to migrate to with no success. The ssd failed and I had to return it. I did some research and found that Samsung provided migration software for free on their site. Got the Samsung in one day, installed it, downloaded the software from their site. Within a few clicks of the mouse, I had successfully converted my pc from an old hard drive to a ssd. It was that simple. The speed increase was phenomenal! I am very pleased with my Samsung ssd.

> 24 hourI purchased this unit to replace the hard-drive on my HP Pavilion 360, 13 inch laptop, because it was taking forever to load my startup programs and otherwise just generally slow responses. The installation was easy, thanks in large part to my Sabrent, dual-bay hard drive docking station, that allowed me to make a perfect copy of my existing hard drive outside the computer. (I started the copying process before I went to bed, and it was completed while I slept.) The unit fit perfectly into my HP without any adapters.

> 24 hourUpgraded our business PC’s hard drive and the data migration was so seamless we decided to update another identical model machine. Data could be written and read from the drive manually, but the migration app would unmount it and it would reconnect with a “USB device malfunctioned error.” The Samsung magician app displays info on the drive like it’s serial number, but says it cannot be authenticated (magician thinks it’s counterfeit). Some reviewers here have his error, and some people online said the error went away when they manually updated the firmware - if you look up how to upgrade the firmware without magician you’ll find that it is a total nightmare and there is no Samsung documentation on it.

> 24 hourWe have upgraded about 25 PC at work over the past three years with Samsung 870 EVOs. All of these PC were about to be trashed because they were so slow. By installing the SSD from Samsung all of these computers are now usable and fast. They are running faster than the day they were new.

> 24 hourSamsung is the way to go. I dont know how to rate SSD because I didnt test it like tech reviewers do, but it works great, speeds - amazing, the memory amount is enough for all my needs, wish it was cheaper, though :/

> 24 hourThe Samsung SSD drives have been a standard for a long time and are quite reliable. To save money I had purchased a very inexpensive no-name SSD and had it fail abruptly one day. The system is used for a Digital Audio Workstation so the drive gets exercised probably more than normal office use.
