> 3 dayDownloaded cloning software, copied old drive contents to new solid state drive, works incredibly faster. Took most of an hour to copy old drive to new via USB. Needed to purchase USB-SATA adapter cable for drive to copy contents. Used to take 2-5 minutes to boot up now closer to 20 seconds. We dont use laptop for gaming and I did not need tech support so did not rate.

Greater than one weekThese samsung drives are great, just plug in, format, and youre good to go. An entire terabyte of high speed storage is crazy cheap. Disk drives of the same size cost more than this 10-15 years ago!

> 3 dayI bought this with a StartTech SATA III to USB 3.1 to use on my Xbox Series X for extra storage and it works. The loading times are miles ahead of what I was getting when using my external hard drive where I would get some games to freeze or take forever to load. This one for last gen games are tad bit slower then when I played the games from the internal storage.
