Samsung SSDs have been premium products along with the stiff prices. So, I had to choose a less capacity or other brands such as SK hynix until now. This Samsung 1TB SSD price however was very reasonable that I purchased one to clone my Windows 10 PC. I especially liked the Samsungs sleek and free software tool for the SSD. Cloning, status monitoring and managements were all without any hitch.

I bought it during the sale. I used it for install Windows 11. Booting time is shorter than before.

It’s a great SSD and Samsung makes it easy to migrate to with their free software tool. However what isn’t easy is preparing for the migration. I really wish they included a usb cable adapter because otherwise you can’t migrate unless you have a spare sata port or your own adapter. Luckily I had an external enclosure that I could use and didn’t have to buy more equipment.

As usual with Samsung SSD, high quality, well built.

Vient juste de le cloné et il fonctionne bien. Le logiciel de clonage est facile a utiliser. Je n’ai pas tester le disque avec des jeux. Malheureusement je ne peut pas en dire plus pour le moment. Le temps nous le dira.

I use one of these in my PS4 and also 1 in my PC. Both are used to extreme and both stand up to their jobs.

Using the Data Migration Tool which can be downloaded from the Samsung website made transferring Windows to this new drive an easy task. Just copy and change boot order in BIOS. New system is fast and reliable.
