Does not show up on Samsung Magician alongside NVME 970 EVO, No good support for this

Bought one about 6 months ago for my desktop easy to install and cloned my old drive with a few clicks. So good I bought one for my daughters laptop highly recommend this.

I bought this SSD a couple of years ago as a spare for my laptop. I had been having software update issues with Microsoft Windows 10, so when I had a good update, I would clone the laptops drive to a spare SSD. If an update failed, I always could go back to the spare.

With a 6-7 day delivery well worth the wait .

Tried to install this in my PC and windows didnt recognize it. Did a format of the drive and it appeared too work until I started cloning my old hard drive to it, it keeps loosing connection. I have tried many other power cords and cables with no luck, other drives work fine in this PC. Amazon return window is closed. Went to Samsung support and entered model number to find that this drive is not intended for sale in the United States so there is no support from them. Thanks Amazon for yet another disappointment on a purchase from you! Time to buy from other sources.....
