> 3 daySo far happy with the improved performance. The data transfer software that Samsung recommended didnt work the way I wanted, but I was able to use the free version of Macrium to get the job done. I am a little disappointed that the Samsung warranty is only 3 years compared to 5 years for many of the alternative choices.

> 3 dayVery happy with this purchase. It is the QVO so it has a lower TBW rating. But I preferred to save a few $. I use with external enclosure from UGREEN. With his enclosure and formatting with encryption I typically see around 350Mbps write/read speeds (with black magic speed test). The performance is over 400Mbps if you turn off encryption. However, for my use case which is for large data stores and Time machine/Carbon copy cloner backups this has been a perfect solution. I have had no issues over many months of use and expect this to work flawlessly for years. It runs cool and sips power. I would order again if I need additional storage. I dont really see any need to spend the extra for EVO (but your use cases may vary). Just works.

> 3 dayBought to boost an older PS4 Pro to load games faster. Having recently purchased a PS5, I can honestly say the Pro (not base PS4) is almost as quick to load. It is close enough for me to say upgrading to a PS5 now wasnt necessary. If youre thinking about breathing new life into your PS4, especially a Pro, its a no brainer. Cost would be the only deciding factor. If you dont have a Pro, I would use the money to get a PS5.

> 3 dayI don’t understand all the good reviews. I get very slow write speeds. It started off in the 300-400mbps range. However, now i am getting only 70mbps. I have tried reformatting the drive. I have tried a different enclosure and different computers. My other brands of drives work fine, this is the only lemon. Stay away!
