22-11-2024This is the 2nd Samsung 980 PRO that I have purchased. The first time around I got one with no heatsink since there is already one heat sink included on the motherboard. Properly installing the heat sink was kind of a pain so for the 2nd one (on a different PC) I decided to get the included heat sink.. Installation took about 3 minutes rather than 10 min without and I still have the included heat sink on motherboard if i find a killer deal on one later.. I am unable to get the full 7000mbs but I am getting close at 6500.
