Greater than one weekI have the 2TB size and I also have a 1TB size. Both work flawlessly. Use them to transfer files (large files, videos) to be edited.

> 3 dayThis is a fantastic little portable SSD. I have been using several of these to back up my thousands and thousands of photographs. Had a regular hard drive that I was using for archiving fail, so I went this route.

> 3 dayThis was needed by a gamer who needed extra storage that would be safe. This SSD portable drive works great and has been exactly right for the job. It has survived being tossed into a backpack and taken back and forth with the computer. The set-up was simple and easy. Its also a way to save your files by backing them up on to a drive like this so that you dont have to give your personal information to the cloud backup services. Have always had great luck with Samsung brand items, and this one is no different. Highly recommend!

Greater than one weekI had no issues with backing up onto this SSD. Yes, it heated up, but thats typical of SSDs, as I understand.
