Greater than one weekVery nice solidly made external drive. I was impressed with the fact it was formatted exFAT. Not many drives come that way. Formatted to exFAT allows you to connect to both Windows and Mac.

Greater than one weekWorked perfectly for seven months and then after the update, it failed. Been trying for 2 weeks to get it warranted but it’s like pulling teeth… I suspect they won’t help me.. i’ve literally filled out their forms eight times, but they claim they’re not receiving them or somethings missing. Frustrating

Greater than one weekWorks great, quick and easy to install on my 2020 13 MacBook Pro. Nice to be able to take my studio with me where ever I go.

> 3 day4-star Tech Support rating is mostly the better-than-average 3-year limited warranty that I havent had to test. Only been using it moderately for a few days, but meeting expectations... just wish I had more USB 3.2 Gen 2 devices to take full advantage of its performance.

09-06-2025This external hard drive works perfectly. However, if youre going to use it on a Mac and you want the backup to be bootable, you have to change the file format from the exFat format to the APFS format. Then all of the files will be bootable.
