Ive been using this SSD backup for some months now for an HP Envy 1TB laptop, and I just love it. The best thing is that it operates exactly as a hard drive, meaning it can be plugged into any device to retrieve files. No incompatible software issues to deal with, as you might have to deal with using a dedicated backup drive containing proprietary software. Its fast as can be using the lightning cable, and Ive experienced no read/write or retrieval errors. Love the huge storage capacity.

The size of a credit card and weighs next to nothing at about 50 grams. This is lightning fast. So, fast, you blink for small files and its done its job. Using this with a MacBook. Download the latest firmware from the Samsung T5 website for your operating system before using. I love this portable hard drive.

Este disco de estado sólido, tiene una relación calidad precio muy buena, es sumamente ligero y pequeño, con muy buen acabado y una capacidad bastante aceptable (casi un Tera) su durabilidad no puedo opinar ya que recién lo adquirí, aunque por la calidad de la marca y el tipo de disco, considero que deberá ser muy buena también, máxime que solo lo utilizaré para respaldo de información.

I selected this SSD for our car and has been working great at peak -30°C here in Canada. Its not the fastest SSD but I only need it to be connected to a USB 2.0 device (Joying 10.1 Android head unit). It also comes with a USB-C to USB-C to transfer directly to a mobile device, solid build.

No external power supply, one connection does it all.

Nice sleek design. Very portable and handy. Pretty fast for Time Machine back ups on my Mac. Highly recommend this.

Small, fast and light.

I like everything about it but should have a type of griping material on the outside, it is pretty slippery in you’re hand. I use it to store files, videos and photos from my iPad

It is incompatible with Mac Catalina. Called support and got a voice mail that it is closed for the holiday. There is no holiday today.

Works perfectly for what I needed. Would recommend to anyone.
