> 24 hourTheres nothing fancy about a sanding block, but considering the amount of time I spend sanding, a good one is important. This one is easy to load, holds the quarter sheet good and tight, is flat and stiff (no bending when you dont want it to), and is a great weight. My other blocks are too small or too light, causing me to lose my grip or end up with a hand cramp from holding it so hard. This block has solved those problems. Ill use my others for small surfaces or when I need a bit of bend, but this one beats them for basic flat surface sanding.

> 24 hourGreat tool! Very easy to change sandpaper and sanding block is very comfortable to use. Only minor thing I can say, is that it is a bit pricey. Oh, by the way, this is the second Ive purchasd! Coarse paper on one, finer on the other.

> 24 hourI bought this to replace my cheapo harbor freight rubber block. All I wanted was something that used more of the available sanding surface, allowed for quick sheet change, was durable, and comfortable to hold. I received this block and Ive just got say WOW!! It met all those criteria and then some. I can now use roughly 95% of the sandpaper instead of wasting almost half of it. Changing sheets is fast, easy, and intuitive. The block is very comfortable in the hand which gives me a sense of confidence when Im doing detail sanding. Also cuts way down on fatigue. I used it the first day for a couple of hours and had no pain afterwards. Im used to my hands aching and knuckles locking up after a period that long. I actually enjoy the work now!! Fantastic product and worth every single penny. As important if not more so than the sandpaper that goes on it.

> 24 hourBest sanding block Money can buy. It fits your hand nicely, makes the most of your full sheets of sandpaper, and is extremely durable. Well worth the money. Your grandchildren will inherit this tool and love it.

> 24 hourI love this sanding block. It is solid and expect it to last me a long time. SO much easier to load the sandpaper than the old-fashioned sanding blocks! AND it is more comfortable to hold and use. The slight heft or maybe ergonomic design makes my sanding go faster. I wont use anything else.

> 24 hourI’m a DIY woodworker and own two of these sanders. Bought a red one for my son for Christmas. Cut a normal sheet of sand paper into 4 pieces and they fit perfect on this sander. Easy to load, fells good in your hand, and is crazy durable. You can load 2 to 3 sheets on the sander and rip off as you wear them out. Best sander I”ve owned.

> 24 hourI purchased the Preppin Weapon after checking out the sanding blocks available at the big box store, which smelled awful and were poor design or required expensive proprietary sandpaper. Let me say, THANK YOU to all of you who wrote reviews to help with my decision, and for Amazon Prime fast delivery. I have started a large project, painting the interior OAK TRIM and DOORS of our 1950s home, with minimal grain markings. Even with the use of grain fillers, it will require much sanding prep. This block will save time, money, and frustration. It uses standard sheets of sandpaper, which, I can get 4 strips out of a 9x11 sheet of 3M advanced sanding sheets, which seem to last forever in the Preppin Weapon. The front and back edges of the block form a fine fold in the sandpaper and allow for excellent sanding into corners. It is comfortable in my hand, and honestly, sanding is no longer a dreaded chore. Thanks to Amazon for providing easy access to unique and innovative items. Thanks to Time Shaver for this well thought out design. This would also make an awesome gift!

> 24 hourI like the ease of installing sand paper, the tool has a very nice grip, full in your hand and a nice weight, helping you do the work. The long sander body covers a fair amount of territory. Have not tried it, but can see the sander being a little tight to use in small areas.
