> 3 dayI purchased this SSD as a back-up drive for my computer. It is so much smaller, faster & more portable than a hard drive I ordered a second one to use with my iPad Pro - works great. Although I have not used the non Extreme Pro SSD it is my understanding that if you need the speed the extra cost for the Extreme Pro unit is worth the extra cost. I am extremely happy with both of mine.

> 3 dayIts small and fast. I dont have specific numbers like some do in their reviews but transferring my gopro footage that took an hour off my older portable HDD took a few minutes on this drive. 2TB and is a small self powered USB-C device, perfect.

> 3 daySo far I am very pleased pleased with the Sandisk 1TB portable hard drive. I transferred about 4gb of pictures from my SSD drive laptop the this hard drive in under 30 seconds. Same with my music. The transferr took about a minute to copy about 6gb of music to the new ssd drive.

Greater than one weekI was surprised with how small and light it was. It’s perfect for someone like me, who usually carry an external hard drive while traveling. The transfer speed is pretty awesome to me. I recommend this drive!
