> 3 dayWhen I received the SSD, something was wrong with it. The usb port had scratches and the SSD did not work properly so I returned it and decided to get it directly from Western Digital. Now, I have the 2TB version and I am more than happy.

> 3 daySimilar to the 550mb/s drive. This one is faster but not by a huge amount. The main difference is that with transfers over 70gig or continuous use - like with an Xbox etc. it has a better heat dispersion. So there is no speed throttle after longer use. It maintains speed throughout the transfer and doesn’t drop once it warms up. For that reason alone I recommend spending. With regular chronosync sessions it won’t take more than 3 minutes for a full 75 gig session. Epic.

> 3 dayTerrible SSD, at first it worked fine but after 4 months it stopped being recognized sporadically by my Macbook, now, after 8 months, when it does get recognized and mounted on the computer I cant open any documents, all the files are corrupted.

> 3 dayWorks like a charm. Great value and speed for holding large Virtual Instrument (VST) files. Important to remember that SSDs last forever when it comes to reading data. Their lifespan is based on how much writing of data is done, which makes them ideal for VST library since you read them and hardly ever have need to writing them once they are stored on the SSD.
