> 3 dayFirst of all, this portable drive is tiny. Its about a quarter the size of a conventional portable hard drive. Secondly, its about ten times faster than a hard drive and double the speed of a conventional USB SSD. This comes at a price, but if one needs speed, its well worth the extra cost.

Greater than one weekGot this to back up my MacBook Pro. It’s performs quick and is extremely light weight. I bought a soft shell case for it, as I don’t see it being super durable.... and even if it is, I’d rather err on the side of caution to double protect my data.

> 3 day1st one I thought was a brick, its some issue with the driver that it comes with, but doesnt require one. Asus laptop, windows 10, will not recognize this external ssd. Tried rolling back driver, updating drivers, downloading WD drivers, scanner tools, causes computer to hang up in device manager. Not sure how you screw up software for something thats old tech. It has something to do with WD SCSI Enclosure Device which I think has something to do with its password / encryption ability. so useless, make it work first.
