I needed to wear it to a wedding immediately on receiving it and longer than the 20 minutes U reccomend. I was able to wear it just a little loose for much longer and it helped my posture, not perfectly but well enough to get me through the ceremony. My granddaughter was very pleased. I will practice wearing it tighter now. I am very pleased mtself.

This is an excellent posture corrector and I’m very happy with my purchase. I sit at the computer all day for my job and I was starting to get back pain so I looked into one of these and ended up going with this one because it seemed like a great value! I was right! Wearing this thing, I no longer experience back pain while at my computer. My goal is to wear this daily so I can build up the core strength to finally sit right at my desk. I also want to say that the seller was very nice for sending a hand written note thanking me for my purchase. I thought it was a very nice gesture. I have a friend that was experiencing the same issues and I immediately linked them to this product. The seller seemed very appreciative of my business and these are the kinds of people we should be supporting these days. Not billionaires. I would definitely recommend this!

It definitely helped my posture, which is what I bought it for so it does it’s job. It’s a little weird wearing it at first because Im not used to it so I notice it but the more you wear it the less noticeable it becomes. It’s not going to force the posture on you, if you slouch forward enough the corrector will slouch with you. I think it’s still good because when I start to slouch, I feel the straps moving on my shoulders and it reminds to stand up straight.

Sooo many items to choose from, I didn’t know how to pick a good one. However, I tried this one, felt my shoulders being pulled back. Had my kids try it on. I saw a difference in their posture. My shoulder pain had left. Just using 15min a day. Then I lost it and tried a new one. After trying the other one, I realized it did not give me the same support, pain relief as the other one. So this has now become my favorite.

I wear the jacket all day and got used to it quickly. I gave it 5 stars because it does what it is supposed to do without feeling bulky. Two Suggestions: When the jacket is on, the straps under the arm pit tend to slip off each other rather than staying superimposed. Could be resolved with a non-slip material so the two straps would more like stay in place. Second: I would lengthen the center vertical strip in the back by an inch or so to make it easier to get off by grabbing it and pulling down. I have to almost jump up and down to get the jacket off my shoulders. It is a little bit cumbersome removing it. I initially tried another brand but it was two bulky and cumbersome to put on. Overall, Im very happy with the posture corrector.

I bought this after about two years into a work from home desk job, when I could feel myself slouching more and more for 40 hrs/week. Happy to report that after about 2 months of sporadic use (Ill tend to wear it about 20-30 mins at a time, maybe 3 days/week) I have noticeably better posture when sitting and standing, Im more aware of when I should fix my posture, and I feel physically better for it. No complaints.
