Greater than one weekAt first it stayed, then after I kept asking husband to adjust the back because it moved around causing a bit of discomfort. Did not really like.

Greater than one weekI can feel the posture corrector pulling my shoulders back but still allows good movement. However, I needed my husband to help me put it on and it is a little uncomfortable where my arm meets my chest. I haven’t had it long enough to know it helps with pain.

> 3 dayThe brace works just as it should very sturdy and very well built. It helps alleviate the pain from sitting at a computer all day. Noticed relief after the first day. Would Highly Recommend !

> 3 dayI dont normally write reviews, but this posture corrector is literally amazing. My posture has been suffering as Im getting older (51). I work at a desk all day, and I am starting to get rounded shoulders and the start of a little hunchback. I tried to keep my shoulders open with daily yoga, but I wasnt seeing a change and my upper back was always sore and tight. I started using this posture corrector, and within a week I am seeing a HUGE difference. I started slow, 20 minutes at a time a few times a day. Now I am up to 90 minutes at a time, and I am starting to see results. I can get into yoga poses that I was never able to even after practicing for years. My shoulders, upper back and chest are so much more open. When I first put this on I felt like it was distorting my body, but when I looked in the mirror I was simply standing up straight. Its pretty jarring at first, but now standing up tall feels natural and wearing the brace feels good. Stick with it, and I find wearing it with a fitted long sleeved shirt is most comfortable (it will chafe your armpits in a tank top). If youre on the fence, buy this!

> 3 dayOverall, I really like this posture corrector and although I do not use it as a crutch by any means, I do use it to get my muscles used to being pulled back and it does also relieve the tightness in my pectoral muscles. There are definitely more pros than there are cons, but there still are some downsides to this brace. Pros: *Stretchy & soft *Easy to put on *Releases tension *Builds muscle memory *Does as advertised *Washer & dryer friendly *Workout friendly Cons: *Must be worn over sleeves or else armpit chaffing occurs. *I have a fairly small frame (110 lbs, 5”3) and I do have to pull the straps all the way to the tops of my shoulders, which causes them to occasion bunch up). *Causes a sore back but that’s not necessarily it’s fault, but more so my body and muscles adjusting to it. *Since I have to wear it over clothing, it makes my shirt bunch up in weird places I recommend this product to anyone who is trying to improve your posture, but most importantly you need to rely on yourself to put in most of the work! Strengthen the upper back (traps, shoulders, lats, etc.), core and glutes.

> 3 dayThis product is great. I wear it a lot at work and when traveling to combat chronic hunching over. The only thing that is really important is to read the directions first! I did not and wore it for like 2 hours instead of 20 minute intervals then could not figure out why I was in pain.

> 3 dayAs a child, I was diagnosed with Scoliosis (a sideways curvature of the spine) and as a result, my posture was never perfect. As an adult, I spend 60+ hours at my desk, and my posture was further deteriorating. I decided to try the Schiara Posture Corrector. At first, it was uncomfortable because my muscles and tendons had settled in a slumped position and the corrector works to retrain and realign the muscles to their proper position. Over time, it became more comfortable, and my posture has improved immensely. It does work, but it does require commitment on behalf of the user.
