Sooo many items to choose from, I didn’t know how to pick a good one. However, I tried this one, felt my shoulders being pulled back. Had my kids try it on. I saw a difference in their posture. My shoulder pain had left. Just using 15min a day. Then I lost it and tried a new one. After trying the other one, I realized it did not give me the same support, pain relief as the other one. So this has now become my favorite.

Its nearly impossible to put this on by yourself. Felt supportive once on.

You forget youre wearing it! I accidentally wear it too long sometimes because its comfy - very different than the pinchy kind Ive had in the past.

For a variety of reasons, mostly with my years working at a computer desk, I developed poor posture and it was impacting me negatively. This product was recommended to me by a friend and I thought I would give it a try. From the first week I noticed a difference and I faithfully wear it for an hour each day. And it has provided corrective support so that my posture has improved dramatically. Thank you so much for this great product! The construction is sturdy. At first I needed some help taking it off, but I learned how to use it correctly and now can function on and off without any assistance. It helps to read the directions. :)

The product works in that it does help to correct your posture by bringing your shoulders back. However, the discomfort from wearing it for even short periods warrants my 3 star rating. I wore this brace on the outside of a shirt and it still rubbed my armpits raw from moving. I tried loosening the straps to see if I had it too tight but that did not seem to fix the discomfort.

The product is great.

I have terrible posture and a very full chest. I work at a desk all day. This immediately relieved the ache in my upper back and improved my overall appearance by about 10 fold. I am really pleased even just for how much better I look let alone how much better it feels. I have it on pretty tight because I really want to get some progress and it is bothering me occasionally under my arms, however, you can avoid that by adjusting it more comfortably. I also have that gold bond friction defense that I am going to put on the little part of my arm to help since I am wearing it under my shirt. Its virtually unnoticeable under a shirt. If you have your hair down people definitely wont notice. If youre a sloucher - get this!

Helps somewhat, but if you tighten it to give a lot of support, it rides up to your neck. Needs a clip to hold it to the back of your belt so it doesnt ride up. I think it does make me conscious of sitting up straighter, so it works for that, but wouldnt buy again.

Good posture corrector but if you have it only a little extra right, it gets painful after about 30 minutes from the strain it puts on your under arms.
