> 3 daySooo many items to choose from, I didn’t know how to pick a good one. However, I tried this one, felt my shoulders being pulled back. Had my kids try it on. I saw a difference in their posture. My shoulder pain had left. Just using 15min a day. Then I lost it and tried a new one. After trying the other one, I realized it did not give me the same support, pain relief as the other one. So this has now become my favorite.

> 3 dayOverall, I really like this posture corrector and although I do not use it as a crutch by any means, I do use it to get my muscles used to being pulled back and it does also relieve the tightness in my pectoral muscles. There are definitely more pros than there are cons, but there still are some downsides to this brace. Pros: *Stretchy & soft *Easy to put on *Releases tension *Builds muscle memory *Does as advertised *Washer & dryer friendly *Workout friendly Cons: *Must be worn over sleeves or else armpit chaffing occurs. *I have a fairly small frame (110 lbs, 5”3) and I do have to pull the straps all the way to the tops of my shoulders, which causes them to occasion bunch up). *Causes a sore back but that’s not necessarily it’s fault, but more so my body and muscles adjusting to it. *Since I have to wear it over clothing, it makes my shirt bunch up in weird places I recommend this product to anyone who is trying to improve your posture, but most importantly you need to rely on yourself to put in most of the work! Strengthen the upper back (traps, shoulders, lats, etc.), core and glutes.

> 3 dayIve only been using this for a few weeks, but so far I like it. The posture corrector really does help ensure you are using good posture. I cant wear it all day, but it helps reinforce good posture while wearing it, and I am working on keeping that habit throughout the day.

> 3 dayI needed to wear it to a wedding immediately on receiving it and longer than the 20 minutes U reccomend. I was able to wear it just a little loose for much longer and it helped my posture, not perfectly but well enough to get me through the ceremony. My granddaughter was very pleased. I will practice wearing it tighter now. I am very pleased mtself.

> 3 dayI have tried a number of posture correctors and found them to be awkward to install and remove. Frequently, a strap would pull loose during installation because of the pressure needed to force my arms through the straps. Removing it was also a problem trying to get the straps loose enough to get my arms out of the straps. The Schiara Posture Corrector eliminated these problems because the straps have enough elasticity in them that I simply pull it off over my head during removal. The process is reversed when installing. I adjust the straps for the fit that I want and then slip it over my head. The elasticity does not affect the firmness of the corrector. I have had no trouble with straps pulling loose during the installation. I am completely satisfied with the corrector.

> 3 dayWe ended up buying two - one for my son to help him recover from a collarbone and AC Joint injury, and one to help with my posture. We’re so glad we did, we both feel better!
