> 3 dayIm 58, self-employed, running two businesses, both of which have me working in front of a computer and I almost always forget to wear my glasses. This has led to poor posture. Really poor posture. I wear this strap really tight. If you fight it, you can only handle it for 1/2 hour at a time. If you keep your shoulders back, however, you can wear it for an hour or longer. From day-1, I could feel the difference. Ive been wearing it for almost two weeks now and can honestly report that it works!

15-04-2025I bought the EvokePro posture corrector on Amazon a few months ago, and have been using it daily. It does help to keep your shoulders and neck straight, but doesnt do much for your upper back. It just doesnt come down enough in your back to affect the upper thoracic region. It also has metal buckles in the back, so you cant wear it through metal detectors at airports. It easy to put on and take off without any adjustments (just slip it on from above your head with your arms raised), and you can wear it all day. A few days ago, I purchased the Schiara posture corrector here, which appears to offer some significant improvements. Its a similar posture corrector--easy to put on without having to make any adjustments. The belts can be adjusted from the front as well. There are two important advantages: first, the belt extends a couple of inches further down into your backs thoracic region, offering some straightening of that region; and second, the buckles are plastic--non metal-- verified by email from the manufacturer , so you can wear the belt through airport inspections. I sit at the computer a lot, and the Schiara keeps my back and shoulders slightly straighter. especially the mid to upper back. Contrary to the video, the best way to put it on is to drop it vertically through both raised arms. Same as the EvokePro. Belt adjustment can be done in the front if necessary, or before you put the belt on. To take it off, raise your left arm, and with your right hand pull the left loop up through your left arm until free of your arm, and then slip off the right loop. No belt adjustment needed.

> 3 dayWe ended up buying two - one for my son to help him recover from a collarbone and AC Joint injury, and one to help with my posture. We’re so glad we did, we both feel better!

> 3 dayI ordered this Schiara Posture Corrector to help relieve back pain and improve posture. At first, it takes some getting used to since it pulls your shoulders back to help prevent you from hunching over. Once you wear it a few times, you adjust to it and it feels good as it does help to straighten your posture. I can feel it making me walk more upright because I sometimes hunch over and dont realize it. It works well from what I can see. Also, I believe there is a direct relationship between good posture and reduced back pain, another benefit of using this type of brace. The owner of this business sent me a professional-looking letter following up on my order, offering assistance if I had any issues with this posture-correcting brace. Thats going the extra mile. The price was very reasonable, the customer service was great and I am very happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend this posture corrector to anyone looking for this type of product.

> 3 dayI bought this after about two years into a work from home desk job, when I could feel myself slouching more and more for 40 hrs/week. Happy to report that after about 2 months of sporadic use (Ill tend to wear it about 20-30 mins at a time, maybe 3 days/week) I have noticeably better posture when sitting and standing, Im more aware of when I should fix my posture, and I feel physically better for it. No complaints.

Greater than one weekAt 68 years young, a lifetime of slouching has finally bitten me.....in the back. Ive tried several posture braces over the years just trying to correct (or remind me to correct) my poor posture for cosmetic reasons; but recently Ive started having a good bit of pain in my upper back because of lousy posture. Other braces Ive tried have been either terribly uncomfortable, or ineffective, or both. First off, a good posture brace is not going to be super comfy because, if it is and you dont notice youre wearing it, its not helping. But other braces Ive tried have been uncomfortable in areas that had nothing to do with my upper back and shoulders, like across my middle or under my arms. This one is very wearable and really helps. It has alleviated a LOT of my pain, and it really has helped me to remember to pull my shoulders back even when Im not wearing it. I highly recommend it! Im very small, but it fits fine and has plenty of room for a much larger person. Its big enough to be supportive but not so big I feel like Im wearing a full suit of armor. Love it!

> 3 dayAfter finding myself slumping over a computer for hours, my back started feeling the strain. I knew there would be no immediate relief and needed something to help me sit up straight. I searched on Amazon and I’m not really sure what led me to this particular posture corrector. I cannot speak for any other, but for this one, I am beyond happy! I’ve had it for over a month now. I had read to wear it for a little at the time to get used to it, but it felt so good and provided such immediate relief that I found myself wearing it for several hours. When I removed it, I really think my posture was better! I continued to wear it when I noticed myself slumping and after about a week, I felt so much better! So then I didn’t use it for a couple of weeks. What happened? You guessed it. The pain has returned. So on it went again and the result was the same again. Immediate relief! What’s the moral of the story? Get this thing and wear it! Your back will thank you!

> 3 dayI can feel the posture corrector pulling my shoulders back but still allows good movement. However, I needed my husband to help me put it on and it is a little uncomfortable where my arm meets my chest. I haven’t had it long enough to know it helps with pain.
