It does what it is supposed to do, it’s just not the most comfortable to wear. Starts to rub under the arm area after a bit of wear.

I bought this to remedy my rather poor posture. Putting this thing on looks like you have a gun holster of some sort. The issue with it is that the straps really dig into the arm pits and make wearing it a bit of a nuisance. Overall, it works fine but wish it was a bit more comfortable.

I liked this for about 30 mins then it just hurts and the support isnt nearly as good as Id expect so unfortunately I cant give it 4 stars let alone 5 and Im still continplating returning it !

I have terrible posture and a very full chest. I work at a desk all day. This immediately relieved the ache in my upper back and improved my overall appearance by about 10 fold. I am really pleased even just for how much better I look let alone how much better it feels. I have it on pretty tight because I really want to get some progress and it is bothering me occasionally under my arms, however, you can avoid that by adjusting it more comfortably. I also have that gold bond friction defense that I am going to put on the little part of my arm to help since I am wearing it under my shirt. Its virtually unnoticeable under a shirt. If you have your hair down people definitely wont notice. If youre a sloucher - get this!

Overall, I really like this posture corrector and although I do not use it as a crutch by any means, I do use it to get my muscles used to being pulled back and it does also relieve the tightness in my pectoral muscles. There are definitely more pros than there are cons, but there still are some downsides to this brace. Pros: *Stretchy & soft *Easy to put on *Releases tension *Builds muscle memory *Does as advertised *Washer & dryer friendly *Workout friendly Cons: *Must be worn over sleeves or else armpit chaffing occurs. *I have a fairly small frame (110 lbs, 5”3) and I do have to pull the straps all the way to the tops of my shoulders, which causes them to occasion bunch up). *Causes a sore back but that’s not necessarily it’s fault, but more so my body and muscles adjusting to it. *Since I have to wear it over clothing, it makes my shirt bunch up in weird places I recommend this product to anyone who is trying to improve your posture, but most importantly you need to rely on yourself to put in most of the work! Strengthen the upper back (traps, shoulders, lats, etc.), core and glutes.

It is mostly comfy, doesn’t itch or dig in…I love the elastic aspect and the adjustable Velcro . Just not something I can really wear everyday like I thought I would. It is really mostly comfortable for “longtime” wear if standing up straight/walking. Bending down, moving up and down, sitting , etc, it is pretty bothersome. But again, nothing really wrong with it, just maybe different use functions than what I was hoping for.
