Plugged and instantly worked like a dream

It came in on the day that they said that it would. And it works Great. Had it for a few months and I have not had any problems with it.

The PS4 cant take advantage of high speed drives anyway, so the focus with external (or internal) replacements is reliability and capacity. This drive has offered both so far, and in a slick case that matches the PS4 aesthetic. The speed is good as well. If you dont care about appearance, you might just go with a similar Seagate external drive without the branding. This one came formatted and ready to use. I would prefer a type-C connector on the drive, but it doesnt really make a difference other than being reversible and easier to find.

Good product with the extra space we needed. The downloads take about the same and I havent noticed a difference during startup.
