It was exactly what it says it is very easy just plug it in format it and your done in minutes.

I purchased this gaming dock due to my PC MB having a thunderbolt header. It didnt have actual thunderbolt ports but it supported the addition of a thunderbolt AIC. I added the Asus Thunderbolt EX 3-TR to and it actually worked. Now my PC will have access to the dock, the rbg lights, the 4tb Seagate hdd, and the 2tb ssd nvme I plan to add. I also get to Daisy chain 6 thunderbolt items. Though the docking feature is what I got it for the most. I get to connect everything in one area instead of in the front and on the back of my PC case. Also, I got it to connect a future Razer 15 pro that supports thunderbolt. The laptop only supports one ssd nvme for storage so I will add a 2tb and connect it to this dock. It was an awesome purchase.

I like this product it hasn’t chrashed in me at all and the price is a lot better that what you are paying for it at Walmart or any other place
