I work primarily on a PC but also have a Macbook to handle some encoding tasks on the go and I needed an external drive that would allow me to pack up my desktop projects for work on the road. I know there are ways to format any drive to work across platforms but I was looking for something that worked out of the box. Upon opening the package I immediately saved an aftereffects file to it off of my desktop PC and was able to open it no problem on my Macbook. No software to install, no formatting required, just plug and play. I should also note the form factor is good, slim and nicely brushed plastic. Probably not something Id want to throw across the room but looks nice and gets the job done. Well see how long it holds up and I havent tested transfer speeds on larger files yet but for now I can safely recommend it based on functionality and price point alone.

Easy to use, practically plug and play. I’ve used this to offload most of my artwork from my main creation device and have had no issues.

Bought for ps4 extended storage. Works great so far. Downloads pretty fast and loads my games pretty fast. A few times while playing a larger game it seemed to lag but not sure if it was storage or internet speed. But only happened a few times in the last month. Overall well worth the buy. Probably buy another one for Xbox one x

Just what I needed. Used to back up my desktop, phone, and tablet. so far it works great and portability is awesome.

I use this for my PS4 and I am so thankful to be able to add on to the 500GB storage. I dont have to delete a game to play a different game now and that is a pretty big deal. Great product for what I needed.

I like the fact you just plug it in to your computer and save everything on it. Slim, sleek look and easily portable. NO issues thus far and very pleased. I do advise to get the $10 compatible case to keep it protected and for transporting. Highly recommend this product.

No problems with the drive. Not real crazy about the toolkit software. Instruction brochure that a little too brief.

Love how much space I now have. I bought this when it was on sale and it has honestly been one of my better investment. It hooks right up to my Xbox and it’s easily portable and transferable too.

My son needed an external drive to expand his X-Box storage for new games. Works great.
